AI isn't taking over. It already did. And if you're not using something like ChatGPT every single day, I don't know what's wrong with you. Tech stocks are ripping because of AI right now, and companies are firing people left and right because AI does their job a hell of a lot better. And as an investor, I'm not worried at all. I'm already using AI in every aspect of my land flipping business. I even built a custom CRM specifically for land flippers with AI that handles the entire process. Lead management, purchase agreements. The whole closing process is taken care of. And in the past 3 years, ChatGPT alone has scaled my business and brought a ton of value for what it costs, period.
