Is flipping real estate still worth it today? Well, if we check sales activity for 2025, it's going to be around 3 to 4% less than what it was in 2024. So the market is somewhat frozen and new builds are lacking as well in most of the country. More specifically, 11.1% less in August of 2025 than August of last year. So flipping houses is still worth it, just not for the average investor. The demand and supply plus economic outlook just don't allow for it right now. But land flipping, on the other hand, is a totally different story. You can see the data strongly backs it up here. Another good comparison to house flipping is that you can flip land remotely since there are way less things you need to check, and it's cheaper and a lot easier to get into.
