Here's how to set up the operations for a land flipping business in 7 simple steps. Step number 1 is create your LLC. I personally use services like LegalZoom, Busy, or Rocket Lawyer, but you can also do it on your own if you'd like. Step number 2 is that you need to choose a business name. Now, one of the easiest ways to do that is you make it a variation of your name and the business that you're running. So in this case, it would be land flipping. Like one of my businesses is Wyler Land LLC, just to keep it simple. But you can also feel free to use AI to get creative if that's your thing. It's very easy to do. Step number 3 is to get a website. People are going to be looking you up, so you want to have a business email and data storage with something like G Suite. Step number 4 is to set up a phone system so it's separate from your personal. You can use Google Voice as the free version if you'd like, or OpenPhone for scaling. It's around $25 to $30 a month. Now, step number 5 is you need to get a mail system so it doesn't come to your house and you don't look like a legit business. You can get a virtual mailbox or private mailbox from anywhere from $15 to $20 a month. Save this video so you can find it later and start making money in land flipping.
