So I had the title and I had the paycheck, but I was absolutely miserable. I was the CEO of a real estate company, and from the outside you would think that I had made it, but I had no control over my schedule and no energy at all for my family. The realization hit me pretty hard too when I started to understand that I wasn't building my own dream, I was helping someone else build theirs. And the worst part is, this is normal for most of us out there. So I ended up taking a risk and making a change. I started flipping vacant land, something that's simple, scalable, and overlooked. Think about it. When was the last time you heard about vacant land? And for the first time, I actually owned my time again. If you had 10 extra hours a week to yourself, what would you spend it on? Would it be spending more time with your family, working out more, or just doing whatever you love to do? Comment below. I'd love to hear it.
