Can't get your land deals funded? It's not the deal, it's how you're presenting it to investors. And I can't tell you how many DMs I've received of people that just give me the location, the parcel number, and the buy price. Then they ask me if I'll fund the deal. That's it. They practically want me to comp it, let them know if it's a good deal or not, and then at that point be able to receive my funds anywhere from $20,000 all the way up to something like $500,000 for one deal. And that's all the information that they give me. So me as an investor, I'm not even going to respond to that. And this is a huge problem within the land flipping space, especially as more and more people are becoming operators looking for deals to get funded for them. Now, in this video, what I'm going to cover is how to best present a deal to somebody to get responses and also get it funded at the end of the day.
