What was your biggest land deal? My biggest land deal was a wholesale deal. It was 92 acres. We wholesaled it back in 2022. We made close to $700,000 on one transaction. It was a wholesale deal.
Wow. $700,000 on one transaction. That is really impressive if it's true, but wholesaling a deal like that is just not realistic for most people. Even if you have experience, at least not regularly. If you don't have any experience in land investing, you could still make $40,000 of profit, for example. That is something more realistic. One of my students made a bit more than that in his first deal in the first month, but obviously he had close guidance. But yeah, in case you're wondering, you can make crazy money with land flipping. Wholesaling isn't that bad to start, but it's not the way to make the biggest profit as a regular land investor.
