I tried couch flipping with $100 and here's how much I made. I started by going on Facebook Marketplace where I found this couch for only $100. I rushed out to go get the couch since I knew this could be a killer deal. After arriving, the couch looked great, so we loaded it into the truck and went home. Then after doing some research, I found out that the couch is worth $1,200 brand new. So I took some pictures, listed the couch, and within a few days I got this message from a guy who needed a couch ASAP. We met, negotiated the price, and he ended up taking the couch. I sold the couch for $500 and made a $400 profit.
Now imagine you flip something the same way, but it's 10 times the worth. That's land flipping in a nutshell, and it's much better than flipping houses or small items. And I tried reselling on Amazon and even dropshipping, and that takes a lot of time to make a profit, which isn't easy, and it's not a lot of money either. And when it comes to flipping houses, it's a lot more expensive and way more complex. Land flipping sits somewhere in the middle. There's enough deals on the market where you can start with cheaper lots and then move to bigger deals. All you do at the end is find motivated sellers with undervalued land. You approach them on a max scale, buy it from them, and then resell it for a profit. And it all comes down to choosing the right markets and deals, knowing how to reach people and negotiate a good price. And if you want to learn more, follow me and check out my free community.
