where do you think people mess up the most when it comes to leveraging your services? Honestly, like, maybe having— like, we have monday.com, so that's totally free for you. But having, like, I know Anthony has a CRM. Having a good CRM is really, really important, especially with texting and cold calling. Mail, not as much because you don't have so many leads coming in. But on a daily basis, you're going to be having leads coming in. So you've got to have a system in place of Hey, if this person doesn't answer, how do I follow back up with them? What's that look like? And in Anthony's education, he goes in depth with that. And obviously I can help out with that kind of stuff as well. But the follow-up is the important thing. And what we call that in-house is savage follow-up. So you have to be savage. Like, people that are savage are the people that get the most deals. They're the hustlers. They're persistent. I've had ladies, gentlemen, whoever I've talked to that I'll call every single month. And when in 8 months, I've got a lady in South Carolina, I think it's been going on 6 or 7 months. She's like, I get 20 letters in the mail every single month, Kevin. But literally, I think she called me a couple of months ago and she's like, the first person I thought of was you because you called me every month. And I have rapport with her. That kind of thing. So that's what's important. Like with cold calling and texting, like maybe you don't get the deal right now, but if you put yourself in the right spot where you're following up with these people, it just builds into this snowball of like, hey, in 3 months I'm getting deals from 2 months ago that were leads coming in.
