In this informal, motivational monologue, the speaker advocates for intermittent fasting protocols—OMAD (one meal a day) and 2MAD (two meals a day)—as the "best diet" for staying lean, athletic, and mentally disciplined. Drawing on roughly three years of personal practice and coaching experience, he outlines how these eating patterns shrink the stomach, reduce brain fog, improve insulin sensitivity, and support fasted workouts. He acknowledges the 50/50 nature of hunger versus appetite suppression, explains the physiological stress‑adaptation response, and emphasizes the importance of disciplined mindset, which he calls "gaslighting" himself to train while fasted. The speaker also discusses practical aspects such as ensuring adequate protein and calories, using meal plans, and providing accountability for clients. The video concludes with a call‑to‑action inviting viewers to book a strategy call for personalized health and fitness guidance.

The best diet you want to practice will probably be OMAD or 2MAD. Now OMAD is simply one meal a day and 2MAD is 2 meals a day. That has helped me stay lean all year round. Right now I'm actually fasted. The time right now is 5 o'clock. I don't know if you guys can see that. I haven't eaten anything yet, but I will eat. Don't worry about that. But yes, I practice OMAD and 2MAD and I've been doing this for about a good 3 years now if I'm correct. And man, the benefits are insane. Ladies and gentlemen, now a lot of people— I do— first, let me— full disclaimer, I do work out fasted, so that's not a mandatory thing. You know, like I said, that's just a personal preference thing. But the reason why I always suggest OMAD and 2MAD is simply because of the many benefits. Number 1, now this is a 50/50 benefit in a sense. You may like it and you may not like it, but for the most part, if you're trying to lose weight, you will love it a lot. You know what I'm saying? It shrinks your stomach. Yes. Stress drives adaptation. When you, you know, when you fast for long periods of time, that is pretty much stress to the body. You know, it's still, still trying to adapt to it. You know what I'm saying? And during that time, right, it literally will shrink your stomach because you're eating less food in a sense. So one of the disadvantages or benefits to it, like I said, this is 50/50, is that you might be hungry sometimes, or for the most part, you Will not really want food. Let's put it like that, you feel me? That your body, you know, you, you, you feel hungry, but you would not want to eat anything. That is the harsh reality of doing OMAD and 2MAD. Like I said, it literally shrinks your stomach. I have a very small stomach. When you see my meals, my meals tend to be very small, you know, with all due respect. Uh, people say, how come you don't eat this much? Like, I mean, I would love to eat a lot, but like I said, it has shrunk my stomach. I kid you not. So I really have to like Force myself to eat, and I don't like to do that. If I have to force myself to eat, there's no point in that, you feel me? Yes, I'm still able to also eat a lot sometimes when I do 2Mod, because 2Mod I'm able to eat a lot of meals, you know what I'm saying? 2 big meals, 2 huge meals. So I'm able to eat and obviously get my protein intake and of course get my calorie intake as I need so I do not lose muscle or really just, you know what I'm saying, uh, really just get smaller or skinny as they say, you know what I'm saying? Another benefit of why OMAD and 2Mod are really one of the best diets. Less brain fog. A lot of people have that, I say, 12 or 1 PM crash where they don't know if they're hungry, they're tired, they're stressed. You know, like I said, their brain is just somewhat occupied in a sense, you feel me? Especially when you're eating too much in a sense, you have that brain fog. Your body does not have enough time to digest this food for a specific reason. Think about it like this. Excuse me. Think about it like this. You need about 8 hours to digest food, if I'm correct. And if you're constantly eating, your body is just, it's like, it's just stressed out. You know what I'm saying? I like to say in a sense, it gets inflamed. You know what I'm saying? You get bloated with that, especially if you're eating that many meals, because why wouldn't your body get inflamed or bloated? You haven't given it enough proper time or proper rest to really just digest your food. You know, you're snacking. People fail to understand that snacking will actually gain you a lot of weight. People are like, oh, how is that possible? It's just this amount of calories. But you have to understand, you're constantly eating, so your insulin sensitivity is spiked. You know what I'm saying? Insulin sensitivity is going up. Your body never has enough time to really, you know, break down that food or really just digest itself. So why wouldn't you gain weight? And why wouldn't you retain fat on your body in a sense? You have no choice but to do that. Like I said, your body is not ever resting. It's simply trying to break down food, trying to break down food, and you're simply giving it more and more and more and more, you know what I'm saying? And one of the last reasons, as to not hold you guys up, one of my best, one of my best, uh, advantages of this, uh, best reasons of doing OMAD and 2MAD is that it keeps me very lean and of course very much athletic. You know, I feel light on my feet, I feel very explosive, I feel very intentional with my movement, and I feel very much alive, you know what I'm saying? Uh, my stomach has enough time to Has enough time to really break down food and all that. And I can go about, I can go about my day in a sense. I never feel heavy. I feel very, very much athletic. You know what I'm saying? I feel like I'm able to like lift crazy amounts of weight, which I do lift crazy amounts of weights because I work out fasted. It is one of the, it's one of, it's one of my, one of the best things I love to do. People always ask, yo, how do you, how do you get yourself to work out fasted? Simple. I gaslight myself. I simply gaslight myself, ladies and gentlemen. And how do I go about gaslighting myself? I tell myself, I can do it, I can do it, I can do it, I can do it. I'm not gonna die, I'm not gonna die. These are literally words I tell myself all the time when I'm about to what's it called fast, because I fast daily. This is a, this is a lifestyle at this point, you know what I'm saying? It's a habit, and habits die hard. It's hard for habits to die. That's why when you start it, you got to build up on it, you know what I'm saying? When I started it, I wasn't a pro at this. I was not. Believe me, I'm still not a pro. I'm still learning. I'm still getting better with each, each passing day. But my discipline is just growing and growing and growing and growing because like I said, I'm just gaslighting myself. The harsh reality is that discipline is really just, you know, part of it is really just gaslighting yourself. You know what I'm saying? I know a lot of people don't like to hear that sometimes, but think about it. You know what I'm saying? You're not forcing yourself to do these things, but you know, like I said, and it doesn't get easy. You just get better at it. You know what I'm saying? But you have to keep reminding yourself why you're doing these things and, you know, and why you should be doing these things. You're trying to improve yourself. You're trying to get better. You're not trying to be stagnant. We don't want to be stagnant because when you're stagnant, there's no growth. You know what I'm saying? There's always room for improvement. I believe there's always room for improvement because like I said, every day I'm trying to improve myself, ladies and gentlemen. And of course, my diet is key. You feel me? Diet. Your diet has to be healthy, man. If your diet ain't healthy, you ain't staying lean all year round. Yes, I can eat junk. Uh, if I eat junk, I will be fine, obviously. But your body's a temple. You do not want to put rubbish in it. You put rubbish in it, you know what I'm saying, you, uh, ruin your temple and you break your temple down. So you want to keep, you know, putting things that will build your temple. And obviously, you know, water— you know, you want to water a flower, you know, in a sense. Think of your body as a flower. You want to keep watering it. Sunshine will be the food you put in it and all the vitamins you eat and all that, you know what I'm saying? So yeah, it is important. To really practice Omad and Tumad, like I said, it is one of the best diets out there. It would greatly benefit other things in your life too, the discipline aspect, your relationship with food and with people really, you know what I'm saying? So it really is in your power. I really do advise people get into Omad and Tumad, and if you don't, that's fine, you know what I'm saying? This is not a forced thing. What has helped me and helped a lot of my clients too as well, by the way, because I always implement OMAD and 2MAD to them and they seem to be in great shape, ladies and gentlemen. I posted them a couple of times too because I give them some of the best meal plans out there, healthy foods and foods that, you know, you would like to eat. All that, all they really need is that, like I said, that accountability which I give to them, and of course that discipline as well too, because I could write the best program, the best meal plan, if you're not following it, Let's be real. Is it really gonna work? You feel me? So I really thank them too for staying disciplined with it. And yeah, ladies and gentlemen, the best one of the some of the best diets you can try are OMAD and 2MAD. And for all those who need help, there's a link below to book a call.
