Hi, my name is Barl Krinsky, and I am passionate about food and nutrition. My company, Be Complete, specializes in corporate seminars and individual counseling. I partner with Kiehl's to deliver interactive seminars that are both informative and fun, and we teach consumers how to achieve health and beauty through what you eat and what you use for your skin. So I invite you to join us. I'm so fortunate to partner with Kiehl's, my favorite skincare company, and today we're going to do a very interactive seminar. So the way it'll go down, I'll be giving you nutrition wellness tips And Tom is actually going to go through some of the Kiehl's products that help you get into your best skin routine. So it's all cohesive, it's all about getting into your best routine. And whenever you have questions, just ask. And at the end of the seminar, I'll be around, you can ask more detailed questions. So go ahead and get started. So we're going to go on a little journey today. Okay, so the Be Complete tips on a healthy morning routine. It's a 3-part component. It's all about what you eat, What you drink and what you think. And now Tom is going to demonstrate the Kiehl's recommended daytime routine for optimal thinking. Okay, so I have good news for everyone. Snacks are generally recommended. So this is all about maintaining healthy blood sugar levels, and like we talked about, eating 3 meals and 2 snacks a day. You just have to watch out for portion size because if you're eating more than you need, that's when you can gain weight.
Kiehl's has some new, um, that will immediately absorb oil off of your skin or perspiration. So it's very good if you're active during the day and you want to come in and you want to spray it on just to remove any surface perspiration or oil on your skin. You can just spray it right on. You can pass this around and spray it on. It will set makeup, so don't worry.
Okay, so let's talk about exercise. We have some experts in the audience on this. So I can guarantee the number one best way to get in shape is to go to a gym called Future Fitness and work out with a trainer called Team Richard. However, if you can't do that every day, that's okay. You don't have to give up, right, completely throw in the towel. If you get increments of 20 minutes of exercise into your day, that's definitely going to help. So you should always think about adding in physical activity.
So what did you think of the seminar? I thought the seminar was very interesting and informative. They gave great tips on nutrition, energizing yourself, everything naturally. They talked about sleep habits, and I thought Beryl did an incredible job, and Be Complete seems like an incredible company. All, you know, nutrition, wellness, everything. So I'm very glad I went. And Beryl put on a very creative, like with the cartoons, it was really cool. So what did you think of the seminar?
It was wonderful. I learned so much today about nutrition and skincare and proper sleep and good exercise routines and how to keep our bodies healthy all year round. I've had the opportunity of meeting and learning about Beryl and her practice both personally and professionally. She actually did a seminar for some of my clients. I'm a kinesiologist and She did a seminar and it was really educational and also interactive in which the clients got involved. She actually prepared snacks for them and they really loved her services. So I can't wait to work with her in the future.
