Hi there, my name is Beryl Prinsky of Be Complete, and today I'm teaching a cooking class. So I like to incorporate healthy ingredients into delicious recipes so that consumers can enjoy what they're used to. So today, the first thing that we're going to make is edamame guacamole. So it's really easy. You just take an 8-ounce package of edamame that's shelled, and you actually add a large avocado, some other ingredients, and you use a Cuisinart to blend it. So I'll show you what it looks like being blended and then also after being blended. Alright, so now we're just gonna add the ingredients to the Cuisinart, and it is cilantro, avocado, onion, and a little bit of sea salt, and the juice of 1 lime. And then we're gonna add the edamame and just blend it together. One of the benefits is not just the health, but the beautiful green color we're gonna get.
