Someone shares how the Be Complete program with mentors Beryl and Art changed their daily habits. They now check the program before grocery shopping, swap ingredients, take desk breaks, and do Meatless Mondays. Small changes made them feel better, more purposeful, and closer to family.

I tell my family, everybody about you guys. I live by Be Complete. Before I go to the supermarket, before I plan out a meal, I always think, well, what is the right thing that I should be doing? What would Beryl say? What would Art tell me to do? You know what I mean? How should I go about this? And it's a great feeling because I know that I'm living a healthy lifestyle. I'm living better, not just for me, but for my kids and my family. And also it gives me a little bit of a purpose and lets me in, and I see that it's not difficult to do. It's not difficult to go shopping, be a little bit healthier. It's not difficult to swap out ingredients to be a little bit healthier, or just to take 5 minutes at your desk just to decompress and let the tension out of your body or whatever's going on. It's not difficult and it's not hard. And once you slow down and you realize that, it really makes your workday a lot easier, makes it go a lot smoother. And without you guys, I don't know how I would have found that out. I was completely anti-healthy living. I was just like, I just want to eat what I want to eat and I want to be happy and not worry about this and that. But it's easier than I thought it was going to be. And without Be Complete, I don't know how I would have come to this lifestyle, how I would have realized that and have so much joy and pleasure in my small accomplishments. Just eating, you know, Meatless Mondays now are a thing for me and it's great. And I love it. And without you guys, I don't know how I would have got there. So I can't thank Be Complete enough.
