A resource like Be Complete that can do the event planning and execution of our wellness events, but also provide creative support is so unbelievably helpful. I can't say enough how important that resource has been for us. So even though I have an idea of some of the things I want to do and some of the things that I think would work for our employees, I don't have to spend a ton of time coming up with, okay, what is this event gonna look like? What vendor can we use? Who can we bring on site as the experts? What, what different products can we talk about? What different aspects of wellness can we discuss with our employees? Be Complete handles all that for us, and I can ask them questions like, I know for A lot of our employees stress management is an issue. What can we do to talk more about that? And they can suggest all different kinds of events, webinars to engage our sales force, on-site events to support and encourage our home office employees. And I just basically can show up and enjoy the event myself, which I've never been able to do as you know, the wellness program manager.
