Hi, I'm Beryl from BComplete, and today we have the privilege of interviewing Dominic Marrone to learn more about what his firm does to help his clients. Hi Dominic, thank you so much for being here today.
How are you?
Good, how are you?
Very good.
Good. Our first question is, how do you help your clients save money?
Well, we always save money for our clients. Usually when we prepare the market analysis, we find ways and help them understand of the benefits. The perception in the marketplace is that because it's more expensive, it's better. Well, that's not true. We help them navigate through the many benefit options as well as the new tax laws which are in place to help clients save money through IRS benefits.
So Dominic, how does your firm help clients save time?
Good question. A lot of our clients wear many hats. It's important that to know that we are there to help them solve a lot of their HR issues. We are their HR department. This saves them a lot of time. They can depend on us for a lot of the issues that they need so they can concentrate on their business.
So how does your firm help your clients maintain a winning culture?
Well, culture is the important part of that question. We understand how important the culture and trust that the employers have set up for their employees over the years. We help maintain that culture and trust, especially with their benefits. There's an expectation that the employees have. We will maintain that expectation for our clients.
What does your firm bring to the table that your competition doesn't?
Well, we know that the world is changing. We know that at least in the insurance marketplace or the employee benefits marketplace, it's going digital. And a lot of people are concerned about that. It's important to know that we offer or customize the experience for our clients, whether they want to do text messaging or emailing or traditional paper or someone to speak to. It's important that we have that experience for the employee so they can speak to someone, or if they just want to text us or email us, we're able to accommodate either way.
Final question. Sure. Why should companies call you?
Well, companies should call me because they should get a second opinion. They should know what they have. We'll educate and explain to them all the changes. Maybe they know them, maybe they don't. It's important that we at least be able to show them what, what's available. No obligation.
Thank you. Thank you.
