In this episode of Behind the Spotlight, the host shares three intertwined messages for digital entrepreneurs. First, she recounts a recent intuitive nudge from a friend—a medium—urging her to start a big project she’s been postponing, emphasizing that the universe signals readiness even when she feels unprepared. Second, she explains that discomfort and overwhelm are physiological signals that growth is imminent; she urges listeners to lean into nausea, anxiety, and overwhelm as cues to push forward, using personal examples of recent nervous moments. Third, she advocates publicly declaring one’s dreams to transform them from private wishes into shared possibilities, announcing her own upcoming talk‑show that will spotlight digital entrepreneurs, provide mentorship, and create a supportive community. Throughout, she stresses transparency, tribe support, and collective action as the engine for personal and business growth.

Hey, hey, and welcome once again to Behind the Spotlight, where we actually talk what it's like to be a digital entrepreneur. What it's like to have our own business, the trials, the tribulations, and the things that actually go right. But today I want to talk to you about 3 separate things because like you, I'm working on some big projects and there's no such thing as ready to do it. Like, I, I'll tell you the whole story. So I had actually like an intuitive meeting with a friend of mine who's a medium this morning, on Friday. And the messages I got were like, do that big project that you've been thinking about, that you've been talking about, that you've been waiting to do. Like, it's time to do it, and it'll get done if you actually do it. And then I got an email, um, a text message from her this morning like, are you doing it? But the reminder, because I was like, oh, I'm not ready yet, I have so many other things to do. But the universe is telling you that you're ready, because I think that's the message that I'm getting. I guess we're ready to do it and to move forward. Because, because the second point that I have is that growth happens when you're uncomfortable. And boy, can I tell you how uncomfortable I've been lately. Like, how uncomfortable have you been stretching, doing the things, being brave? I've told myself so many times in the last month to be brave. You know, close your eyes, 1, 2, 3, be brave. It works usually. But that uncomfortableness, that like overwhelmed feeling that like I'm— and I get nauseous when this happens to me. Like, when you're nauseous, those are the times you need to break through, push through, call a friend, DM me, we'll have to have the conversation. But really move through that uncomfortable feeling so that you can progress, move forward, do all the things that you want to get done. That uncomfortableness is like a signal to your body. Like, you know, pain is a signal to your body. The uncomfortableness is a signal to your entrepreneurship that it's ready to move forward and you're ready to grow and get to that next level. And I'm not just talking about like— I hate the 6-figure, 7-figure thing, but I mean as a person, as a leader for your team and your business, as a person, as a mom, whatever those things are, but growing I know I'm growing because I'm so uncomfortable lately and even this morning I was like, "I feel really overwhelmed." When I got that text from my friend. It just makes me feel overwhelmed but I'm gonna use that energy and use that feeling to get done those things that I've been avoiding. Push through those tasks that I don't wanna do. We can do it together because I think, as you know, and I truly believe in having your tribe and having supporters and being totally transparent with what's going on with you because that's the way that we all connect and that's the way we can all move forward. And the third thing is like, let's just do it. Like, let's declare it, let's ask for it. I was talking on a podcast the other day, um, which hopefully will come out next week, and I was saying how dreams are great, but if you don't tell anybody about them, they're just dreams. If you actually tell people about them, what do they become? Possibilities for success. And I think you know by now that you can— only you can create your own possibility for success. Success. Nobody on your team, nobody you're gonna— no coach you're gonna hire, nobody you're gonna work with. You can create that. So let's start telling everybody what our dreams are and those things that we're going to do. One of the big projects that I'm working on is a talk show, right? A talk show to highlight digital entrepreneurs, to not only give them the space to become who they are so that they could truly step into the light of being a business owner, but giving them those tips and tricks that they'll never know without having a proper team, having a proper support system, And maybe they can't afford that right now, or maybe they don't see the space for it in their lives. Whatever it is, I'm gonna make that space for people to just be them, just show up as themselves. Because when you show up as yourself, you are just as uncomfortable, you are just as nervous and have just as much anxiety, but being true to yourself is what this all means. So again, let's tell everybody what we wanna do, and let's just do it together. Talk to you guys soon.
