So it was my birthday yesterday. I had a great day with my kids, but Today I'm just, just having a hard time, guys. Like, honestly, it's just been a lot. I've been watching the news all weekend. That's so heavy. And, you know, we can only do so much to really support. We gotta do everything we can do, right? There's those million mommies out there that are just trying to support and protect their kids, and we have to help them as well. And it just gives me like this heavy feeling, you know. I also had like a mommy fail that I'm dealing with, uh, today as well. And work keeps going. I still have phone calls I need to be on, you know, all that stuff. But sometimes it's okay to not be okay. And that's the reason I get on here and I say it and I tell you. And I appreciate those support and the people that feel the same way. I think we all have to do it. So the days when you're not feeling it, just do what you can and It's definitely been a Be Brave, uh, day. And if you don't know what that is, it's something that I do almost every morning before I open my eyes. So close your eyes, we'll do it together. Close your eyes and just tell yourself, I'm gonna be brave today. That's it. All I need to do is be brave and everything will be fine. Okay, open your eyes. Do you feel a little bit better? Because I actually do feel a little bit better. I have a huge phone call coming up with a national daytime talk show producer for a client of mine, and some other calls today that I have to be on creating stuff that I've been working on for, you know, 20+ years. But what are you working on today? And even if you don't feel it and you don't feel like it's happening, go back to be brave. You can close your eyes right now and do it again. You don't need to do it when you wake up. Whenever it feels— you feel like you're losing your bra— your braveness. That's not a word, guys. When you're losing how brave you are and need to be brave again, you could DM me, DM your friend. I'm your friend. Just DM yourself, be brave, and together we'll get through all of this by supporting each other, being honest with each other, fucking being brave.
Have a great day. I'll see you guys tomorrow.
