Mid-Morning Meeting

Hey, hey, hey, peacock! You know I don't sing, but I wish I'd used that song for the earlier videos of the peacocks. They a little freak me out, to be completely honest, but Here's what I have to say about the peacocks. You can't see the beauty of their feathers until they open up. Sound familiar? The world cannot see the beauty of your soul until you open up. Let people know, get visible, get out there. I meet so many women that just can't get out of their own way. And I felt, I felt that way this morning. I was like, I started to like do the panic roll a little bit. How am I going to do this? What am I going to do? I can't do this. And I've actually had like 2 more phone calls today that validated what I've been doing with my life. So I feel better. Um, but I can't imagine that you don't have that same story. You don't have those same days when you wake up. The thing that makes a difference is you showing yourself to the world as validating. You, you showing up as yourself. You get real to get press. I know the notion sounds really simple, but it's true. When you can show up as yourself, when you can be fully yourself, that's when the world opens up for us. Think about your favorite expert entrepreneur, even celebrity. What do you like about them is that you can fully see who they are. You know what's going on in their lives. You know who's in their lives. So what are you doing about letting the world see who you are? How are you allowing that to happen? Um, there's something that I've been struggling with is, um, if you don't know, I used to work for I interned for The Tonight Show and I used to work for MTV and I've worked at all these places, but I don't tell you guys enough. I don't tell you about my credibility more. I try to like educate and inspire and, and be, you know, in the community, but that's something that I'm working on. So I hope it's something that you're thinking about working on too, is really allowing people to see you. You need that media message, not the marketing, media message to get you onto the next level. I really feel like because that's where people actually get to see what you're about and not what you're selling or what you do. So getting your media bio, your media message, your media kit, all your media assets together, um, as well as really establishing who you want to be and how you want to be seen and then moving forward with that with a little support from me.
