Yeah. So on June 23rd, approximately 15 or so days after, we had Finn, our virtual agent, running and answering calls for us at 9:46am so right in the smack dab of busy hours in the morning, a customer called in, spoke to Finn. Their unit was freezing our voice. Agent Finn took the call, booked it as a demand service with equipment aids over 10 years old. And we were able to run it for same day service with an arrival window of 2 to 5. And it knew that based on our adaptive capacity planning set up, so it could easily know if we had technicians available for service. At 9:48am, Service Titan automatically rewrote the campaign to be marked as a Google Local services lead. So this was actually a chargeable lead that we took in as a brand new customer. And then right there, as the job was booked, it sent the email and SMS confirmation to confirm and Dispatch Pro assigned our technician. Well, at 10:21, Dispatch Pro ran again approximately three or six times in between there and determined that there was a better technician available as other calls were booked that day. So Dispatch Pro reassigned it to a new technician based on our job skills and the job type selected and the job value prediction. At 11:08, our technician dispatched for the job. So at this point, up until then our team had had nothing to do with. Nothing has got this. You haven't added a tag, you haven't moved it on the dispatch board. Nothing? No. Okay. We've done nothing. There have been no revenue producers or administrative overhead senses for this job. Okay. So our technician runs the call, he's dispatched. His bio of course is automatically sent to our customer as he dispatched. At 11:48, the technician arrived on site and of course with us, using Sales Pro, it automatically triggered Sales Pro to activate and start recording conversations with our clients. At 1:24pm Our technician then sells a job for $1,185 for services rendered. And the job completed and Sales Pro ended. So you're telling me the only physical human person that touched this job was a technician in the field doing the actual work? Yes. That's phenomenal. I love that. To me, that blows my mind. I think that's, that's so exciting for us to hear that.
