ServiceTitan should be your source of truth for customer invoices and payments, while QuickBooks handles payables and reporting. This separation keeps QuickBooks cleaner and reduces manual errors. I'm a huge proponent of touchless integration, and the touchless integration wants ServiceTitan to be your source of truth, and it is for your customer invoices and your customer payments. And then you get the payables and you're doing all that somewhere else. So then you have a source of truth for your receivables in ServiceTitan and a source of truth for your payables in QuickBooks. And it just makes so much more sense for ServiceTitan to be your source of truth for everything and QuickBooks to be your financial reporting software, right? Many of my customers who have switched to Touchless have then learned that Payables is an option and then switched to Payables also to keep that many more hands out of their QuickBooks. So it's much harder to break things in ServiceTitan.
