I love Australia and I love Australian tradies. What energy, what fun. We focus on leadership and building and scaling profitable businesses. And of course, dug deep into the product, answered a lot of questions, unveiled some new products.
If I could describe Soseidon in one word, all-encompassing. Extensive. Powerful.
It's unbelievable. Clarity.
Groundbreaking. It's a behemoth.
Powerhouse.
Something that can do everything, not just the platform, but these events where you're networking. It just gives you every number that you need to look at. You put the right numbers in, you get the right numbers out. Gives you that clarity.
Believe it's at the forefront of softwares that we can utilize in the trades. We've been on an interesting journey with AI, from dashboards to building to the native AI that's inside of ServiceTitan. We've definitely adapted to that. Hugely instrumental in our last burst of growth.
ServiceTitan has the ability to connect every single feature, and if it doesn't have it today, it's definitely something that's in the pipeline in the future as well.
How would I describe a ServiceTitan event? Energy. You create energy by being around people with shared values, with big dreams. It rubs off on you, and the energy at ServiceTitan, that's why I'm here.
Lots of it today resonated with me. One of the main things was people talking about belief. I've always known the power of belief, but I'm just starting to see it come to fruition now.
I came in expecting a software update, and then I actually left knowing so much more about how to run a business and how businesses are out looking for each other.
Getting to see how other people run their business and then taking that information, being able to use that in your own business, I think is crucial.
Being able to learn from one another, collaborate, share with other people as well. You're often able to condense that learning from a long period of time down to a shorter period of time and really help you elevate to get where you want to faster and vice versa for other people.
And I just came to network, get more involved with ServiceTitan, make sure that my peers and my community are getting involved with the program as well. I love the community aspect of this and I always love it when ServiceTitan's in town.
You have to attend, you have to meet the people. You have to see Service Titan. All you have to do is take one golden nugget away from a World of Titans event and it's worth all the money you spend.
But even more than that is the friends that you make when we go and visit each other's shops and we share ideas and build each other up when you have a rough day. That community is absolutely everything. And I found it in the United States and I gotta tell ya, I love it here in Australia.
