Watch on YouTube

Short interview response describing Network Plumbing’s company culture: the company emphasizes belief and self-esteem, supporting family values, giving back, prioritizing safety and wellbeing over profit, and maintaining fun at work. The speaker frames money as a means rather than an end and stresses that employees returning home safely is the primary measure of a good day.

Tell me about your company culture. What type of culture are you guys fostering at Network Plumbing?
First, it's a foster of believing, right? We want everyone to have great self esteem, to believe in themselves, believe in their family, believe in what they do and understand the price point of giving back. It comes at a price point, right? We spend a lot of time getting that right? And also having fun. If no one's hurt, it's a great day. It doesn't matter whether we make a lot of money, we lost a bit of money. So it is what it is. As long as everyone comes home in one piece, it's a great day. Money comes and goes. It's a vehicle to do stuff. Life is precious. Hang on to it and have fun.
