In this brief testimonial, two company representatives discuss how their organization integrates community service into its growth strategy. They describe the A1 Cares program, an annual water drive that supplies drinking water to Phoenix’s large homeless population during the scorching summer months, and emphasize the culture of giving cultivated by a leader named Tommy. The speakers credit ServiceTitan’s streamlined tools for freeing up time and resources, enabling the team to expand the business while simultaneously giving back to the community despite demanding work schedules.
Oftentimes we are the ones that recognize some of those signs that somebody needs that extra help, and to continue to power, you know, the community, we've got to keep going and we've got to continue giving back. We do have the A1 Cares program, and it definitely has helped us grow into what we do and being able to get back to the communities.
We do this water drive every year. Our headquarters is based in Phoenix. In the summers it gets extremely hot. There's a large homeless population. They don't have water, and that's actually a very serious problem here. I think most people probably want to be generous and be involved in their community, but when you're just working 70, 80 hours a week, it's gonna be very difficult for you to find the time to do those team-building things, to be out in the community, to give.
We can say that Tommy has built the culture of giving, and the rest of the team has all absorbed that, and we continuously focus on doing what's right for others. ServiceTitan has helped us be able to continue growing and giving back to the communities because they've simplified things for us.
ServiceTitan has allowed us to grow as a company, which has allowed us to have more time, which has allowed us to have the funds available to be more generous in our community. For us to have the time and resources to be able to do this and serve our community in this way, I'm just not sure that would have been possible without ServiceTitan.
