So there is a tidal wave coming, and this wave of change is one that most people don't see yet. It's going to change everything about our daily lives and work. Most people don't realize just how powerful AI already is today, and they can't even imagine how good it's going to get. Let me give you an example. Let's say you're a hiring manager and you need to create a job description. Here's how you would typically go about it. You'd open up a site like indeed find a pre made template based upon the job title and make some revisions. You'd add a few details about your company, the role and the salary range. You post it online and you wait for candidates. But here's how the same task can be done using today's AI. Imagine you're in a meeting with your boss. You discuss the new hire, what their responsibilities will be, their experience level, the salary, budget, and so on. At the end of the meeting, you both agree that it's time to create a job post and start looking for candidates. Now, let's say you recorded the meeting, which by the way, I recommend doing for every important discussion. With that audio file, you could open up ChatGPT or another AI tool and say, here's a recording of the meeting where my boss and I discussed the new hire. Based upon this, I want you to create a job description. You don't stop there. You could also ask the AI to suggest an optimized job title that will attract more candidates. You could ask it to generate qualifying questions for the interviews based upon the role's requirements. And if you've uploaded previous transcripts about your company's culture and values, you could ask the AI to weave those into the job description to make it feel personalized and align with your company's brand. Once it's done, you can ask the AI to export it into a document and you're ready to post. This is just one example of how AI is fundamentally changing how we work. Tasks that used to take hours, filled with back and forth emails and manual edits can now be done in minutes. The tidal wave is coming and the question is, are you ready to write it or are you going to be swept away?
