This example I actually love because what happened was the lead got submitted, the AI agent reached out immediately. However, the customer didn't respond. So an hour later, exactly an hour later, the AI reached out again. And on this second retry, the customer responded and a job and an estimate job got booked. So think about what this would be like in the old manual world. Not only did you need someone to respond immediately, but you also needed someone to remember and say, hey, it's been an hour, they haven't responded, let me reach back out again. So this is the type of power of the automation that we're able to deliver for you today.
