Would you try and hire ahead on the operational side, or would you try and build more gradually through less complex equipment, you know, sort of smaller preventive maintenance agreement at simpler customers and kind of grow your way in? Or would you make a big push on the technical side and then hire the salespeople after the fact? Yeah, I mean, it's a big expense if you hire in advance. And, you know, rarely are companies going to do that. It's always going to be the horse before the cart. You got to have the sales people. You got to get some business. Now, the good thing is, is that you may have a little bit of time, you know, so that's why I said being real crystal clear on what you're going after, because you don't want. You want the salespeople staying within the lane of stuff that you can actually do. And if you can't, have you made some connections with some other companies in the same field that you could bring in as a subcontractor to help you if you get that opportunity. Yeah. Build those relationships.
All right, guys, this was a very big topic that we tackle today, and I think we got some really good insights from both of you. Just to kind of wrap us up. Charlie, I would love to know, how can listeners learn more about Convex and get started if it's something they're interested in?
Yeah, absolutely. You can just go to convex.com and find out more there, or email me@charlieonvex.com which is still my main email address. And that's all routes to service Titan as well.
