A brief presentation by Brad Costanzo explaining a practical five-bucket framework for applying AI in businesses: Thinking, Creating, Communicating, Analyzing, and Automating. He addresses executives and business leaders, advising them to audit where they spend time/money/mindshare, prioritize high-impact opportunities across those buckets, and train their teams to implement AI solutions.

You, Everyone.
I'm Brad Costanzo.
Good to be here.
So I've been working with executives, CEOs, entrepreneurs, and business owners for a very long time, and I've never seen anything quite so on the top of their mind as artificial intelligence. And it's no surprise.
I mean, pretty much everybody in here.
Is either using it or. Or trying to use it or have tried and failed. But it's also really easy to get overwhelmed by the rapid pace of innovation.
The threat of obsoletion, and the vast array of opportunities that I've found that most people either tinker, play and kind.
Of treat it like a shiny object.
Or they get frozen like a deer in headlights and they don't know where to start. So I try to simplify it for them. So before I ever create any solutions.
Or my team ever builds anything for a client, we let them know that.
There'S only five buckets that AI can actually innovate in. Number one, Thinking, creating, communicating, analyzing, and automating. That's it. So thinking, you need a brainstorming partner.
A research assistant, a virtual board member. AI's got your back, can connect dots you may have never thought about.
Creating.
A lot of us are familiar with this, whether you've been on ChatGPT or another tool. And it can create text, audio, video, imagery, art, sales, copy content, and a lot more.
But where the rubber really meets the.
Road, where you get the most impact.
Is typically through analyzing.
You've got a PhD in data science at your fingertips. Even if you don't know what to.
Ask, you can get stories from the data and automating.
When you string together AI tools together.
To work like an assistant, think, create, communicate, analyze, and automate, analyze those buckets, audit your time.
Where are you spending the most time? Money and mind share. Then look for the things that are going to give you the biggest impact.
And then teach your team.
Because for the first time, innovation is.
Now available to anyone at all levels of the company. Thank you.
