How To Turn Your Future Self Into Your Most Powerful Mentor

Brad Costanzo describes a visualization method where you ask your future self for guidance, but only if you first show up for your past self. The protocol turns a static exercise into something you can use on demand for real decisions.

You know what's fascinating about all those visualize your future self exercises? They don't work. Well, not really. I mean, not the way that I want them to, at least. Sure, you can journal about who you want to become. You can create vision boards. You can write letters to or from your future self. But then what? You close the journal, you put away the vision board, and that future version of you, well, they just become another static image, another idea, another someday locked away in a drawer. Look, I used to do all that. And something always felt missing because there's something I really wanted to know. And that's when I'm stuck in the moment, facing a tough decision when I need guidance the most. How do I get that idealized future version of me? Future Brad, the one who's already figured it all out, to just show up and help me. Not in a journal, not in a meditation, but in a real time when I needed them the most? Wouldn't it be cool if a non psychedelically hallucinate generated hallucination showed up in front of me like the ghost of Christmas Future, the ghost of Brad Future, and gave me advice? So I had an epiphany that then changed everything. My future self, that wise, confident, much more successful version of me. They're never going to show up for me now if he's not in the habit of showing up for his past self. Let me say that again. Your future version of you will never show up and help you right now if it's not in the habit of showing up for its younger self. So if you want your future self to be there when you need guidance, if you want them to appear automatically in those critical moments, if you want access to their wisdom without having to sit down and journal. And you need to start building that habit now. I need to be the one showing up for my past self. That was my epiphany. And so I developed this little protocol, and it was a way to kind of bridge through time. Create a bridge between my present, my past and my future. Not just by visualizing success or by writing letters to the future, but by actively showing up in my memories and my imagination, which aren't too dissimilar from my past self. By actively showing up for my past self by walking through these doors in time, sitting with younger versions of me, and giving them the guidance they needed in those moments. I started to do that, and something incredible happened. The more I showed up for my past self, the more I flexed that muscle of accessing my own wisdom, the more I practiced being that guide my future self weirdly started showing up for me even when I least expected it. Not in some woo woo way, not through psychedelics or hallucinations, but through clear, visceral guidance exactly when I needed it the most. By flexing those imagination muscles and those visualization muscles, I was able to conjure the version of me that told me what I needed to hear when I needed to hear it. And suddenly, in those moments of uncertainty, those critical decision points and those times where I used to freeze, the wisdom was just there. Because I'd built the bridge, I'd created the habit, and because I'd learned how to access that part of me that already knows the protocol. It's not complicated. It doesn't take hours. It doesn't require special skills, something anybody can do. But it does do something remarkable. It turns those static exercises into a living connection. It transforms that future you from an idea to a presence. And it makes wisdom available on demand. Even if you don't feel like you've got the wisdom to share. Trust me, you do. I've laid out the exact process in this simple guide. The same one I use every single day. The same one that's changed everything I know about making decisions. And because your future self isn't just an idea, they're not just a journal entry, They're a resource waiting to be accessed. And this is how you build the bridge. Click below. Accept my offer. Get the protocol. Try it out. Try it for a week, try it for a month. If you do not experience the exact same things that I did, if it does not completely change your relationship with your past self and your future self, let me know. I'll send you your money back. I don't need it. I just need people to try this. I'm Brad Costanzo, speaking to you from the future. Maybe the past, I don't know. But I'm looking forward to hearing what you think about the time traveling future self visualization protocol. It's really inexpensive. It's waiting for you right now. Go get it.
