A short multi-speaker excerpt (from a Brad Costanzo YouTube upload) discussing how entrepreneurs often try to "buy" shortcuts and how an alternative is to invest upfront in developing internal talent. Speakers advocate using masterminds and mentors, training project managers as "quarterbacks," and mentoring college students as low-cost project managers who can manage external resources. The clip emphasizes investing time and money early to create sustainable, mission-aligned managers rather than constantly hiring or replacing teams.

And.
I will promise you that if you commit to that, you will be well on your journey to finding and developing quarterback.
