Hi, thank you so much for having me here. I'm so excited to share my really, like you said, transformative story.
Yeah, I will. I'm looking forward to having this conversation with you. So let's start with how did you get into what it is that you do?
Well, that's the whole backstory. When I was a child, I used to have, you know, access to some gifts. I used to feel spirits, see spirits, and it went to the point where one was there with me for a while, and I got too nervous. And so I feel from that, from the fear of that, because I didn't understand it. And I knew I couldn't talk to family about it, because I knew they would think I was crazy. There was this wisdom that I had when I was so young that people weren't like me. So then I shut it out for a long time, and I met my husband, who I feel was kind of my catalyst to coming back to me. Even his death had brought me back to me, which is truly the transformation there. But when I met him, he and I had the same values in terms of taking care of ourselves and health-wise. And we— he introduced me to a show that we used to watch on our dates, and it was kind of something that just activated this part of me. And I remember being in the shower and having all this information just coming, pouring through me. And I didn't understand what it was, where it came from, what this was. And so I remember jumping out of the shower, Googling everything that I was hearing, and I was seeing all these spiritual talks about it and thought, okay, so something's here. And so our journey together, my husband and I had made a promise that we were going to continue working on ourselves, bettering ourselves. And we went on emotional healing retreats together. We didn't go on real vacations. Our time was emotional healing retreats. Um, and so that's how I got into it. I, I felt for a very long time, even when I was with my husband, that something was missing. I felt unhappy, I felt unfulfilled. And for a long time, that was something that I, I was struggling with silently because I had the things that I was supposed to have— a family, you know, a nice car, on my way to, you know, getting CEO in my business— and not in my but in, you know, where I was, everything was working out super great. I was doing what I was supposed to be doing according to societal and cultural expectations. But then I was in this marriage and I thought, okay, I'm not fulfilled, I'm not happy. And so I had to stay with that by myself because I had it all. And what are people going to do? They're just going to shame me for feeling ungrateful for having it all. And so there was a lot of anger that was coming up, and that was one of my main things that I was working on in my marriage. He triggered me a lot. I triggered him. And so the— there's so much that has happened in between in, in that 7 years of us being married that came through, but really, it was the truth to me that we have the opportunity to manifest a better, better life for ourselves, but through ourselves. And I learned that by this relationship, the triggers that I was having, it was all an opportunity for me to see what was going on internally within me. And I, you know, during our, our healing together in our marriage. There was a point where I felt so, so depressed that I didn't want to continue living anymore, and I already had my son, and I, I was, I was so deep into it that I did this healing modality. And I've never— I don't know if you ever heard of, um, etheric surgery.
I have not, no.
Okay, so it was coming up for me for a long time And I thought, that's impossible. Why would we want to put all these armors and everything in our etheric field if we're trying to embody more light in this lifetime? It makes no sense why we would sabotage ourselves in the spirit world. So I could just completely like ignore it. And then spirit was like, no, this is what you need. And so I was so desperate to get out of that, that just this pain that I just said, okay, I'm just going to do it. I'm just going to do it. What is it going to hurt? So I found someone who was willing to do it with me every 2 weeks, even though we're supposed to wait a little bit longer in between. I was like, I'm not waiting 6 months to do one every month. She was working with me every 2 weeks. And oh my God, I remember I felt so light that I went— when I was on the treadmill one morning, All I heard was record. People need to hear your story. So I started recording on my phone just things that were pouring through me. And I started my podcast through that. And from there, it was just, okay, there is something here with etheric surgery. I understand that. And I felt a calling to work with that in a little bit, but not in the way that I thought it would. And so one day I was in the shower. All my downloads happen in the shower. I was in the shower.
I think the water, something about water, grounding energy. Yeah.
And so when I was in the shower, oh my God, this one missing piece that I've felt for a while just came rushing through me. And I just remember getting out of the shower, putting everything together on my computer, and I saw, wow, what is this? This is a modality. Okay, this is for healing. And from there, I was just playing around with it. I had some friends that were willing to be like some guinea pigs for me, and that's how I was tailoring it to make sure that I could make it in bite-sized pieces for people because it was huge transformations very quickly, and some people just couldn't handle that energy. So it was just— it was amazing because I did a case study as well, and I saw Wow, such tremendous results. You know, people went from— I had a lady, I remember she was having anxiety for 17 years, once every week, maybe sometimes even more in a week, to having no more panic attacks. She had panic attacks, anxiety, no more panic attacks after we were working together. She felt like this more freer energy. There was another lady who— this one was funny. She's an NLP practitioner, amazing, beautiful soul. And I love working with those people because it's like, this was proof to me of how powerful it was, because I did not believe how powerful it was until I was actually seeing how it was working on people. And I remember she was like, I worked on a lot of my stuff. I just have some more things that's kind of like in my blind spot that I can't see or don't understand. So I just want to work on those. So I have a way to work with people. And so I said, okay, let's just see what comes up in your blueprint. And she was shocked. We thought we're only going to do 2 or 3 sessions, but she was shocked when she saw that she had all the things that she worked on still there in her body. And after we worked together, after doing the whole case study, she text— I remember she texted me saying, all I'm feeling is bliss. I'm in just so much peace and bliss. And my business is skyrocketing without me even— like, she had a new program that she was going to put out there, and she had people contacting her about what she was going to put out there, and she already had almost filled it up before even marketing it. And so I just, I just thought, wow, like, even NLP practitioner who works with the mind is proving to me what I thought was the missing piece for a long time.
Wow, that's awesome. So is your system related to etheric surgery, or—
Yeah, so the Quantum Enlightenment System does include etheric surgery. And so what we do is we really just look at what is your soul blueprint? What did you come here to experience? Because everyone has a plan, contracts, and everything that we've kind of— not kind of, but discussed in the spirit world before coming in here on, you know, embodying a physical vessel. And so part of it is karmic debt, you know, challenges that we're meant to overcome and really just purify this, this, this vessel for it to be able to hold the light and for us to go back to the purity without the shadow, without the negativity, without the, you know, the three-dimensional stuff. And so because we've been on this loop to reincarnating so many times, there are lessons that we haven't learned. And so I look at the blueprint— what are the core challenges that you were meant to experience? Because those are going to be creating your experiences in life. And in order for you to be able to come back to purity, we need to dissolve those things and also learn the karmic lesson so that you don't keep reincarnating with the same thing over and over again. And, um, the etheric surgery does work with that because Basically, we've put structures in our etheric field so that we are not able to really hold the light because the light is so expansive. And so in the dense bodies that we're in, it can't hold all that light when there's so much stuff from, you know, in our DNA that needs to be transformed, that needs to be released or, you know, dissolved. So it was just like, this interesting view and perspective to be able to see that these structures are placed so that we can— they're also, they also hold some of those programs, the core belief programs that are keeping us stuck in this until we actually are— it's like, once you are able to see it, bring attention to it, and shift it on a conscious level and remove it from your etheric field, it's like an open door. It just opens up, opens you up for to be able to really receive more of your light, which does shift how you experience life because now you're more abundant. You're able to manifest things that your heart truly desires and receive things with so much more love and gratitude. So it shifts a lot. And that's why it is a big part of it.
Okay. And so you, you discovered this— what, what timeframe was this? Did you discover this, this program?
2000? I think it was right before COVID if anything.
Okay.
Or right after. I can't remember exactly.
A few years ago. Yeah.
Yeah, it was a few years ago. It was like maybe 2019 or 2020. So I know I had some clients who were working on, you know, were telling me that they were still in shutdown, lockdown.
Right. So that's, that's opening things up for you. And how are things going with you and your husband's name? Again, remind me.
Andre.
Andre. So how were, how were things going with you and Andre at this time? Did that change your relationship?
I was on a higher trajectory. I was on this path where I was really healing things quicker. And he was trying to catch up. And so there was a point where he was so depressed, he was, you know, he, he's been looking for his path for a very long time. Since I met him, he was always trying to wonder what is his life purpose? What is his life purpose? And his, his healing was all around that because he was a nurse, and he was also a highly sensitive person. So He didn't realize that, but we kept trying to tell him, you work with people who are very sick, there's going to be a lot of energy that you're grabbing from them. And he was always suffering from body pain and from all these other illnesses that he didn't understand how he could heal it until he learned to be able to hold boundaries and clear out some of that energy.
And we—
relationship was bad.
Yeah, we mentioned this a little bit earlier because I know Andre took his life. It was last year, and I'm very sorry for that. So, um, and I know that you said that kind of transformed you in another way. Time for a real quick break. Make sure you like and subscribe. Liking the video will show it to more people on YouTube, and subscribing will make sure you get access to all my great content in the future. And now back to the video.
Oh my gosh, yeah. Well, you know, we were doing a lot of healing work prior to his passing. And I feel like that was just like on a superficial level. It amplified once he, he passed, because when I moved to Florida, I was going to some medicine retreats, healing retreats where I would be able to open my heart more. And I was having a really hard time to go within, even with medicine. There was so much resistance. And I remember when he passed away, I messaged the medicine man and I said, when is the next retreat? I need to heal this shit out of me. And he said, no, you cannot. You need to stay with this. You need to stay with it because it's really— what just happened is a big major shift in your life. You need to sit with it. Without medicine. And so that forced me to go within on my own. Um, and I'm so grateful for that because now I learned what it means that we are the medicine. Because he always used to say, you guys don't need medicine, this is just a tool to help you to learn how to go within. But even that tool didn't help me to go within because I was so resistant. Um, But so I, my gosh, I'm so grateful for that because I started meditating with Andre. I connected to him and I knew that there was like, I knew when he passed, he didn't do it to hurt me. And he didn't do it to hurt our son. I also, he sent me this long text message before, so his like suicide note before he did it. And I can tell where it came from. There was there was— for him, it was about saving us from him. And so I knew that I was not angry with him. I could not be angry with him, but other people were angry with him for putting us through this or putting, you know, their families through that. But there was just this, this feeling of love from him that I was connecting to. And it helped me go within and I would feel where— first of all, I would feel what it was to actually go within without medicine, and it felt really good. But I was still using him as a crutch, right? Because I'm holding on to his energy and I'm holding on to his love, and I feel good with it. And I know that I'm going in and I'm meditating and dissolving things, and I've had a lot of insights. And I use my own healing modality in terms of trying to find where this is coming from, how this came to be, like, why this was manifested in my own experience to have here, and also what lessons were behind this. Because I know that there was a lesson. I know that this was a contract he had. And so once I started connecting more to it, I realized there was a lot of reflection around our marriage. And I realized, wow, a lot of the things that I have been blaming him for or saying that he wasn't doing, it was me. He was just reflecting it to me. And I used to, for example, um, when I used to tell him, why is your heart so closed? You can't even show that much emotion. And then I remember, whoa, that's how I felt. That's me, that's not him. Maybe that was him too, and he was just, you know, projecting in and showing me what I was looking at for myself. But I remember these experiences were so profound for me because it made me realize that really we are holding on to these energies within us and seeing it come to real life. And with our experiences in life, that is what we are experiencing. Why aren't people experiencing happiness and joy all the time? Because they're not holding that energy in their physical being, in their cells. They're holding so much pain and so much anger or unexpressed emotions or traumas that haven't been processed properly, right? Even from past lives or, you know, ancestral, whatever it is, it's all passed down and it's coming into this experience for us, for us to be able to really see it. So that's where my real uplevel was, because then it was just like, wow, I have the power within myself to literally shift what I will see in my experience as long as I do the inner work. And that's what I was doing. And after the 4-month mark, when I realized that unconditional love, which is one of the life lessons that I talk about, was one of the major life lessons I was working on, um, through this experience with his his suicide, I realized I am— I vowed that day that I would— after the 4th month, when I, you know, was processing everything, I vowed that day that I was never going to hide my true feelings and emotions. Because the regret and the guilt of not doing that was more powerful and heavy than actually putting yourself out there and, you know, wearing your heart on your sleeve, like they say, because then you know you did it. But you also have the power to know that if someone's not accepting it, it's not a rejection towards you. It's a rejection towards themselves because they can't handle that type of love.
Yeah, that's a really good point. We talked earlier before we started recording about in the grief and how complex grief can be. And there's a whole set of emotions that comes with grief. And every, every grief is different. But there's something also that comes along with suicide that, that a lot of times there's, there's blame, self-blame, blaming the other person, there's shame. So talk about some of the emotions that you went through going through this.
Stay with us, we'll be right back.
You know, one of the hardest things about grief Most of the people in your life just don't get it. They want you to be further along than you are. They get uncomfortable when you bring it up, so you stop bringing it up. And that's why I started writing. My Substack is where I go deeper. Thoughts I don't always get to on the podcast. Essays on consciousness, on continuing bonds, on what it actually means to carry a loss and still build a life. The stuff that used to keep me up at night, written out in a way that I hope meets you in the morning. But here's what I didn't expect when I started it: the community that showed up. People who are doing exactly what you're doing— listening, learning, trying to find their footing. Readers who comment, who share their own stories, who remind each other that none of us are as alone in this as we feel. And that's what the Substack has become— a place to go deeper with me and to find your people. It's free to subscribe. Find me at grief2growth.com/substack. That's grief, the numeral 2, growth.com/substack. Or just go to Substack and search for Grief to Growth. I hope to see you there.
Well, like I said earlier, I couldn't be angry. I, you know, and that's what I love about these life lessons, like every experience will give somebody, someone a different type of life lesson because you have a different emotion attached to it. And so the one thing that I can say is it was very prevalent that anger was one of the major ones that a lot of people— and that has to do with control— that people were experiencing because they couldn't stop it. Now they don't know how their life is going to be. They don't know how it's going to affect them. They don't know how it's going to affect their family. I even have one of my, um, my sister-in-law— I hope she doesn't hear this— my sister-in-law, um, she's trying so hard to protect her family from the truth because she's so angry that number one, she didn't listen to people when they were telling her that he needed help. She didn't take the steps that she should have taken to help him. And I feel like that can cause self-blame, that can cause anger. And there was also shame around it because she didn't tell her family the truth about it. She was worried that they would look at the family and say, what did you do wrong? For your child to want to take his life, right? Mental illness is one of the things that people are overlooking, or they don't— it's becoming so natural that it's insane how people can hide so much anxiety or just sit with it and say, oh, it's just part of life. But it's not. It's not. Mental illness becomes a mental illness because you haven't been able to really express the emotions that you're holding in your body. And what happens mentally, it's the same thing as limiting belief programs. This is the, this is the truth of how it works. You have your cells in your body, right? They're holding on to all the information of your life experiences from childhood, from past lives, from ancestral stuff, whatever. All of it is in the cells of your body. And so your body is signaling off these information to the brain to say, this is what we want to avoid. This is how we feel about ourselves. Go. And so now we have all these thoughts racing through our minds about how we're not good enough, we're a failure, we're not worthy. You know, the, the world is a dangerous place and whatever other thoughts people are thinking about. And so those are the things that are coming up and making us feel like we can't share it with other people. That brings shame. We can't express this to other people because everyone else seems to be happy. So why do I have this mental illness? Why is my mind going off? Because no one is sharing it. No one is talking about it. No one is actually saying, like, this is a real mental thing. So this is how living belief programs get created, because the body's holding it off, sending it off to the, to the brain. The brain decodes it into this information. And so this is what your belief patterns are. And then you have your thoughts. That are created from the belief patterns.
Yeah, that's a, that's a very good explanation, and, and thank you for that. Um, but it's, it's interesting how, um, I don't know if you didn't go through these emotions or you just processed them pretty quickly, because again, those, those, those reactions of anger— anger, I think, is especially, you know, and sometimes we feel like, well, I shouldn't be angry at the, at the person that took their life Um, but we are, and sometimes we're angry with ourselves because we feel like we should have caught it. Did you go through that, or because you had done so much work before, you didn't have to go through that?
Oh, no matter how much work I did, I still had to go through that. Okay. I was actually surprised at one point why I was feeling so angry, um, because it wasn't one of the biggest lessons for me because I wasn't as angry, but there was that let's just look at this for what it is. I'm alone now with my son who is super hyper. And I was— we were both talking about how hard it was with two parents take care of one child. And here you go, you take your life. You think you're saving me, but you take your life and leave me alone handling like one parent with this child in Florida where we don't have family to help us. And so it's like, what were you thinking, right?
Right.
And you know that I was also very codependent on him, and that was another transformation I had to go through in order for me not to be able to be codependent. And that was another anger that I had towards him. It's like, oh, I was working in this job that wasn't paying me enough to have this, this luxury lifestyle that you decided to choose. Because you are in this high almighty space of yours. And so it was that moment of, I'm just going to let this out because this is what I'm feeling. And even if I shouldn't feel this way, it's coming up. And so I'm not going to bottle it up and say the shouldn'ts because that's not allowing me to process it. I really need to look at it and process it. So I screamed in the car. I hit— this is when I was in the car. I realized it. I pulled over.. And I just screamed in the car like 3 times so loudly. I was hitting the steering wheel. And I was cursing him. And I just, I went through it. And I felt so much better. I felt like this energy just like fully left me at that moment. And that's when I felt like this clarity coming over me when I was getting grounded and calming myself down. I finally went back to the, the understanding of where it came from and why it happened, and knowing that this was a contract and it happened for this reason. And so I allowed the wisdom to take me with it, because what happens is if you don't, you stay in the grief, you stay in the anger, you stay in this, this torment of being in your mind, because a part of you wants to release it, another part of you doesn't or shouldn't, right?
Yeah. Well, thank you very much for sharing that. And, um, I think it's really important, you know, because you spoke earlier about the shame that we have, like, I shouldn't be feeling this. And so, um, I've worked with clients who have lost someone to suicide, and it's hard for them to even admit that they're angry with that person. And I'm like, it's okay, it's, it's okay, you know. I think all— there are no negative emotions or emotions that we just have to let pass through us and let them have their place. Because if you don't express it, it doesn't mean you don't have it, just means you don't express it.
Exactly, exactly. But for some reason, people feel that if they don't express it, then it's kind of like if other people don't see it, then that means it's not there. But it's quite the opposite. It's actually what you need to see for yourself, because there is no other people, it's only you. This is how you come back to you. You have to see what's there and really be able to look it in the eye and say, This sucks. I probably shouldn't feel this way, but I'm gonna feel it, and I'm just gonna go in it.
Now, you've mentioned— I think you've mentioned soul planning or contracts, stuff like that. So this is a— it's an interesting thing, debate that we have all the time, you know. Do we have free will? Is there— is there pre-planning? Are— are, you know, I've even heard some people say, people who are mediums, for example, we all have exit points, but suicide is never part of a soul contract. So what would your response be to something like that?
The day that he died, it was, it was in the evening, late evening, a couple hours before he did it. I heard suicide, and I was at home with my son, um, putting him to bed. And I thought to myself, shit, please don't let this be the day that he kills himself. Not that that day was any different than whatever, but, you know, hoping for more time or something. And so I saw an image in my head of him being next to water, and I thought, oh my God, I have to call him. So I called him He seemed fine. And even after he said he was fine, I was like, I'm gonna wait for you. I'm gonna stay up for you. He's like, no, no, no, don't. Everything's fine. I usually keep my phone underneath my pillow in case somebody needs to reach me or something, you know. This was the one day that I literally heard to put my phone on the nightstand, and I never do that, but I put it on the nightstand. So his first message was to me at around 10:30 saying, oh, don't wait up for me, I'm stuck in traffic, or whatever. And I remember waking up around 10:30, seeing this message, but not actually clicking on it. And I put my phone back down. And then his next message, which should have woken me up but didn't because it was on the nightstand, at 11 o'clock, at 11:50, giving me his suicide note. When I found out, I was in complete shock. Like, I knew, knew, but at the same time, the fact that it actually happened, it was just like, whoa, okay, shock. Um, and so I was just in a place of like, I, I couldn't concentrate on anything. I couldn't think about anything. I had family come over my my apartment, and they were helping me pack so we can go to New York and, and to bury him. And so I remember I was in the, I was in the, um, uh, what is it called, the airport, and all I could hear was contract, contract, contract. So I called my life coach at that moment and I said, all I keep hearing is contract. I think this was a contract. And he helped me put in words what I, what I couldn't understand. Like to actually speak. And he said that most people who try to kill themselves are not successful. He's had— he's heard stories how people try to kill them, like, um, shoot them themselves in the mouth, and they would not— they would miss. They would not be successful, right? And he, he felt that the fact that it was successful, the fact that I keep hearing contract, the fact that all those other things that I told you happened, it was a choice that he made. So in this contract, what I believe to be true is that suicide is definitely part of the contract. You have a choice to not have this as your pattern, or you have a choice to, um, to, to continue going. And so my understanding is that suicide is definitely part of the contract because it provides you with a choice. And one of Andre's biggest things were he was trapped and he thought that he had no choice on certain matters. And I remember having a conversation with him saying, Andre, I think that's where this mentality keeps coming from. It's that you feel like you don't have a choice. You get to choose X, Y, and Z. This— you got to choose to come down here. You got to choose to have these experiences. You got to choose all of this. So even having the opportunity to leave is a choice, whether suicide or whatever. It's still a choice. It's part of the contract, right? And so the contract for me, yes, suicide can be part of it, but it's also a pattern, taking the easy way out, you know, um, leaving before you finish, the fear. So like, it's, it's coming all through my head and I'm trying to say it in words that are understandable. Um, I remember— so I'll just tell you really quickly that I chose to have this experience with Andre in this lifetime because part of my patterns was to not be happy, was to sabotage all my happiness because I wasn't allowed to be happy because in one of my past lives I had vowed that because I didn't fulfill my mission as, um, a guard, the person who I was guarding, who was a leader of some sort, had, um, was killed. And so I punished myself in that lifetime and vowed that I would never be happy. And so I feel like as part of the manifestation process— this is very deep, so I hope people understand this— but as part of the manifestation process, we are holding on to this energy within us, right? And so I chose to have this lifetime with a soul that has this pattern so that it can manifest itself in this lifetime as a lesson for me. And there's also other lessons for other people. But that's, that's the way I view it. And so yes, suicide is definitely part of a contract. Should, should the soul choose to take that route or to fight against it?
Yeah, thank you for sharing that. And I know this is a very deep subject. And it's something that I don't even know that we could— I was funny, I was thinking about this morning that we could even understand at the human level. Because it does seem to be a combination of a pattern, some contractual agreements, but also within that we have a certain amount of choice. And, and it's, it's, and it's never just about our own soul either, which is, I think a lot of people don't realize, it's, it's like we have these, these intricate, uh, webs of connection. And so you might say, I'm going to choose to be with this person so they can reflect to me so I can learn this lesson. And, and all these things, all these things ripple out and touch people in ways that we can't understand from a human perspective.
Absolutely, you said it exactly. That's, that's the way it works. That's the way it works because we are all working together because we are all one, right? But we're in individual bodies. However, they are— there are these contracts that are meant to serve other people as well. That's why we come together. That's why we choose certain family members. That's why we choose to have certain, um, traditions or certain— to be in a certain culture or whatever it is. It's to have those types of experiences that are going to help us grow. And it works. It's like, I hate this, but killing a bird with two— with killing one bird with— or two birds with one stone. What is it?
Two birds with one stone.
I don't like killing birds, but it's two birds with one stone, right?
Right.
So it's like, That's the same concept here. It's not just about his growth, it's about other people's as well who are connected to him.
Yeah, exactly, exactly. So that's, that's a concept that I think is going to be new to a lot of people because we think about, okay, I have an individual contract, it's about me, but it's not. It's about you, it's about your soul group, it's about everybody else that's affected. It's all these things that, that come together because we're all contributing to the growth of, of this one, of the one.
Absolutely. Yes. I love the way you said that.
So how can someone who's going through grief, and especially loss— again, all loss is, all loss is loss, all grief is grief— but we talked about there's some special things that come around suicide, some special things that we actually frankly impose on ourselves. So how can understanding your system, how can that help people navigate that maybe more quickly or more easily?
I think it's important to always ask, and this is not just through grief, but if you look at grief, we have grief not only just through losing a person, but we lose jobs, we lose friends, we lose things and whatever, right? Um, and people don't see it as the same thing, but it is the same thing.
It's—
you're going through the process of not having that thing in your life anymore. So there's a couple pieces here, but I definitely feel like learning what the lesson is behind the experience is meant, you know, to teach you. I know a lot of people, they think that death is— I mean, death is a natural occurrence, but it's still an experience that you're having. If you're experiencing anger, for example, as, as one of the things, one of the emotions throughout grieve, then you're holding on to a concept that doesn't exist.
You are—
so anger is, is, is an emotion of control, right? So if we're not surrendering to life and growth and to what is, you know, what, what we're flowing through, and you're trying to grab on, then you're not going to be able to live life fully. You're just living in this fear moment. And that's maybe your growth. Maybe your growth is to detach and to learn that certain people leave our lives so that we can grow more. Certain things are no longer part of our frequency because we're meant for something different. So we make space in our life for something more to happen.
Yeah. That's a really good point about anger being a thing about control. And again, grief is such a complicated thing. But we have this tendency, and I'm thinking about clients that I work with, to like, we want things to stay the same. We don't want, we don't want to let go of, we don't want to let go of this. And we don't want to move on to the next thing. It's like, I want things to be the way that they, that they were, the way they've always been.
You know what that's from?
What's that? Go ahead.
Safety.
Yeah, yeah.
Safety. When you're attaching to something, even though it's not good for you, you know what it's there for, you know, the outcome you're going to receive out of having it because you're familiar with it. And so even though it doesn't feel so good, you don't know how the other thing is going to feel. So you're like, I'm gonna stay here because it feels more safe.
Yeah, yeah. And I know you're, you're a parent. How old is your son?
6 and a half now.
6 and a half. So I was thinking, you know, my girls— one of my children's in spirit, but my other daughter, she's— she'll be 28 in a few weeks, uh, and— or a couple months. And when you're a parent, you start to realize you can't hold on because they're, you know, they, they're always growing, they're always changing. And that, I think, that's a great metaphor for life. If we could just start to understand that, you know, that's how life works, you know, we don't get to hold on to anything that's that's here.
Yeah. So, you know, one of the things that I think is really important is to learn what the lesson is for having this experience, and learn how to detach. But also another lesson is to truly, truly feel safe within yourself. And I feel like that's one of the missing pieces, the key missing pieces in, you know, being here is people don't feel safe in their bodies. They don't feel safe being here. They don't feel like they're being taken care of. They feel like this is where survival comes from, the survival method or idea. Everyone is just working hard so they can survive in this world instead of taking a step back and learning that God has a plan. That it's not in a religious view. It's just God is to me is just this. We're all God. So the higher God, the main the main source. There's a plan that we all have to be able to grow and to elevate and experience, and we just have to go through it. But we have to know that we are safe as we go through it. You got to stay in your own, in your own power. And the only way you can do that is you actually know that you have contracts here, that you have this different perspective shift. It's, it's completely different knowing that you have these experiences, and that means that you have the responsibility to change what you see and what you experience and how you experience them, because it is within you. And that's how you get to explode and live this beautiful life and live heaven on earth without this mental baggage and all these fears, because you are safe. You're feeling safe and secure within yourself because you know you're guided, you know you're taken care of, you know that you are— you don't have to attach to anything because no matter where you go, you've got your power.
Yeah, and let's talk about what it means to be safe because I think that, that is something that people misunderstand. And you mentioned perspective. So what does it mean to be safe?
To me, it means knowing that— well, okay, so it's, it's kind of riding on what we said earlier, right? If you know that you are here for a higher purpose, that there's more than you just being in a body, right? There's already meaning to life, more powerful meaning. Then you take it back and you're like, oh, okay, well, if there are past lives and we reincarnate here, then you have another level of perspective saying that I have the opportunity to now heal those things so that there's something better that can be created here. And so when you look at the perspective shifts in that aspect, you know that there's a higher power, and that brings it back to you. So if you are Safety means being able to really be grounded in your physical vessel, to be present in all your experiences, taking it in and not reacting but responding, because you're not emotional about it. And if you are harboring emotions about it, there's lessons there for you to learn in order for you to be able to better respond to them, right? You know what the lessons are by detaching from these things and whatever it is. There's more to it than that. But it's, it's knowing that with that higher power, and that there's more meaning to life, that you are being guided as you go on your path.
Yeah.
And so if I know that I'm being— if I know that I have an invisible God behind me, for example, and I got my army with me, like, okay, nothing can— nothing's gonna happen. I'm good. And I talk to them, and I, and I communicate with them, and I go through, you know, challenges of trying to understand what experience this is, what lesson this experience is trying to teach me. But they've got my back. So I feel safe knowing that I can do that. I feel safe knowing that I'm on this earth, and I know I have a big mission, and I know I have my power. And so regardless of what happens, there's no right or wrong. I'm just going on the trajectory that's meant to teach me the lessons in order for me to get to whatever level I'm going to.
Yeah, absolutely. So I know that you're— you can help people with negative beliefs. And what are some common negative beliefs that you can help people with?
Oh my God, there's so many. So the soul through the Soul Blueprint, there are different codes, right? It all depends on the energy of your name. And so the energy that you— the name that you were given has an energy from birth. That's like, hey, here you got your Soul Blueprint, it's been created for you. Everyone is going to have something different. However, one of them that I see very often is abandonment unworthiness. And, and that's, again, it really depends on what codes they have in their chart. It could also be— what was the other one that just came to mind? Shoot, I can't remember the other one that came to mind. It was a really good one. But there's, there's all different— oh yeah, like, if you can't hear, see, or feel it, then it doesn't exist. Again, that's like my invisible army, right? So people, people have all these types of different belief systems in their soul blueprint that gives them this experience. So when you are looking at those, you can say, oh, now I understand why I never believed that I have angels with me, because I have this in my core belief system that if I can't see it, it doesn't exist, as an example, right?
So is that something— is that a belief we come in with?
That not everybody has it. So like I said, if your name has that code in it, then you, you know, if you have certain codes in your blueprint, that'll give you a certain experience of what you're meant to have. Some people may have such a huge activation of their gifts that they're seeing spirits and hearing them, and everywhere you go, they're just coming in at you and telling you stuff. So one of your things are having those boundaries, learning how to be able to use them. But you won't— it's, it's, it's not a one-size-fits-all, right? Right. Because your name has a different energy, so everybody will have something different. But the ones that I see more prevalent are the worthiness, or I'm worthless, or can't trust, or, you know, not being able to see something if it doesn't exist, it doesn't exist, and so forth. Those are just not everybody has it, but it— if it's in your foundational name, it's something you're born with.
Okay. But you can help people discover that.
Yes.
So we can help you figure out like, okay, I have this because this is in my foundational, what I came in with.
Yes. So the way it works is I take your name, and I decode it. I look at the Soul Blueprint as a whole, but I only look at the two pieces, which are the physical challenges and the soul mission., right? So those two are the ones that are going to have the heaviest amount of burdens in them because it's your soul challenge. It's what you're meant to overcome. So those have the limiting belief programs within those aspects of the chart. And so we look at that, and then we also look at, um, the life lessons. So there are 3 to 6 different life lessons in, um, sorry, 3 to 6 different emotions in each life lesson. There are 7 major life lessons, and I actually literally worked with these life lessons in my own life. And I had a podcast on it, too, because I wanted to show people that when you start to know what these emotions are that's showing up, then you can be able to work with the life lesson and understand why the life lesson is showing up. So that was something different that I came in with, and I brought it together with this Quantum Enlightenment System. So I put, like, so many different things that I've learned and experience in this lifetime and probably past lifetimes too, in this one modality, because it's what really helped me really move along my path. So we look at your soul blueprint to see what your emotional, what your belief systems are. We look at also the life lessons that you're working with based on the emotions that are held in your body. And then we dissolve those and the contracts and certain things in different timelines. So all sessions, the 4 first 4 sessions, you'll have different, different timelines that come up through for that particular belief or emotion or whatever. So we just keep on dissolving all of them. By the 4th one, there's only maybe 5, if any, left that have been cleared.
Okay, cool.
That are staying after being cleared.
So, Ellen, where can people find out more about, about you, about what it is that you do?
My website, catalytichealing.com. And I actually just launched— I'm so excited about this one. I just launched a group program for women. It's Queen of Your Heart, and it's a manifestation acceleration program. It really is meant to help you to come back to yourself so that you can truly manifest your heart's desires instead of manifesting the things you're holding in your body.
Yeah. So I have to ask you this, why for women?
You know, working with men, a lot of men have not fully activated their divine feminine within them. And so that was one of the problems my husband had when he was on his healing journey. Once he started to activate that, it was really hard for him to process a lot of emotions. And he also had shut down a lot of, a lot of the memories that he had stored or hid away from himself. And once they started coming through, yeah, it was super hard for him to really handle all those emotions. And I feel like there's more resistance in the men than there are in women, because women already have their divine feminine activated, and that's a huge part. And we're also activated with our divine masculine or our masculine side because we're in a patriarchal world. And so it's like we come in with it, you know what I mean? Yeah. So working with women, it's a little bit, I think, easier and safer for me at the moment. I am looking actually to Maybe you can be my guinea pig, but I am looking to expand it on men. So I'm looking for some participants who are willing to work, um, for a case study for, for the Quantum Enlightenment System like I did for the women in the beginning.
Yeah, well, I didn't mean to put you on the spot, but it's, it's interesting because almost all my clients are women. Um, most of my guests are women, and I work— I, a lot of guests I have on, it's like, I work with women and That's great, you know, it's— but we got to do something for the, for the guys. And I don't know what— I don't know what the deal is. And you're right, we live in this crazy patriarchal society, and I think that's, that's limiting a lot of men. We're not— we're taught we're not allowed to express ourselves and stuff. So, um, yeah, we, we got to figure— I got to figure that out, I guess. I've had a few guys on. Maybe we need to figure out how we can help the guys out.
Oh, I don't— like I said, I'm— I want to help the guys out.
I just—
no, I know, or that this program— because I saw how this program really accelerates people on a quick, quick trajectory. So the thing is, with men, we have to slow down a little bit because they're, they're not used to expressing so much. And so this might kind of— I don't want to say scare, but it might, it might be too much for them to handle. And so I'm just trying— that's why I want to do a case study to find out because then I can see, do they need a couple of weeks? You know, a part of the Quantum Enlightenment System we do once a week and we have it like, hey, 7, 7 weeks in a row, like you're, you're on a path for beautiful life. But for men, it might be a little bit longer. But that's why I would like to, I would like to test it out. But I think that's the reason why. Because also, if you look at it, women have been suppressed for a long time too. Yeah, in a different way. Right. Yeah. This woman, all these women are like, screw it. You men think that we're going to take that, you're going to take our power away from us? No, we're coming in here. And I feel like that's kind of maybe the energy that a lot of us have, that we're coming back into our own power and forget the men. That's a good point.
No, I think that that's very fair. And, you know, and you talked to, you know, you were talking about this, it might be too much, because I was just listening to someone the other day talking about having a kundalini awakening. And people say, oh, that would be great to have a kundalini. And they're like, no, you don't want a kundalini awakening. It's like having a near-death experience. It could be too much. It's like people think they're going crazy.
So, oh my God, yeah, it is powerful. I— it's beautiful experience. But like I say to everybody, when you are on the path of spiritual growth, you need to have a coach with you. You need the coach with you because they've been through this and they can walk you through it, guide you, and allow your own wisdom to come through as you are healing and as you're integrating this work that you're doing on yourself. Because without help, you're gonna go down a path where you might spiral. And so when you're having a Kundalini awakening, it's such a powerful experience, and it's big energy. It's such big energy. People will really need guidance before they— and people say they want that because once you got your kundalini awakening, your life is gonna get so much better. And that's what they want. They just want a better life. So that's why they're wishing for that. But there's other ways to be able to have a better life other than just like activating this kundalini, because if you don't know how to deal with that power and that energy, then there's no point in having it.
Yeah. Okay. It's been really great getting to know you. Anything that I should have asked you that I didn't?
No, no should-haves. It was great. I love the conversation.
All right. All right. Well, thanks for doing this. It's great to meet you. It's catalytichealing.com. That'll be in the show notes for anybody who wants to find out any more about what it is that you do. And have a great rest of your afternoon.
Thank you, same to you. It was great being here. Sending you guys a lot of love.
Hi there, I'm really excited to tell you about my latest ebook. It's 4 lessons that you can learn from the near-death experience without going through all the trouble of dying to learn them. I've been studying NDEs for several years now. I am completely convinced that not only are they 100% real, but that there's some very universal wisdom that we can get from the near-death experience. And I've distilled that down in this book into 4 short lessons. And I've also given you all the reasons why I believe that NDEs are absolutely real. So go to www.grieftogrowth.com/NDElessons to pick it up for free. www.grief-the-number-2-growth.com/NDElessons. I hope you enjoy it.
