The reason I attended Accelerate this year is I got so much from it last year.
Every time we come, we learn something new, but more importantly, we get around people who know more and we get to be around the network. So not only do we receive, but we also have a chance to give back.
Honestly, the reason why I come to Accelerate is because of Brian and Addie. I can actually not think of two people that care about your business and your future success more than anything.

My greatest takeaway so far from Accelerate has been the importance of building a team that you can share your vision with.
Just listening to all of the people that have kind of been there and done that and just learning some of the things that they have done and taking away some of their best practices.
The most important takeaway I got from Accelerate is the idea of spending time working on the business, not in the business.
They provide a wealth of knowledge, not only in the day-to-day operations of my business, but the big picture too. I can learn from what other guys did, where they want to go.
At the end of the day, we are all entrepreneurs. We're in the business of taking risks, calculated risks.
There's what, 200, 300 people here at Accelerate this year? So packing that many business owners in one place, just, there's so many connections you can make.
You can easily take 5 to 10 years off of the learning curve just by surrounding yourself with individuals that are like you.
If you're a home improvement business owner, Accelerate's the place to be. You're going to learn so much. You're going to make so many connections. It's a fun time too. I mean, you're in Miami, you're in Florida. I would highly encourage anybody to come to Accelerate Live.
There's a group of people here that want nothing more than to try to help you get to where you want to go.
Out of all the events I've attended in the past, this probably holds the best group of people to help you grow your business.
Stop being the smartest person in the room. Hire people who are better than you. It will pay for itself. Attend these events. An amazing opportunity to meet people who are bigger than you, smarter than you, more successful than you, and learn from them. Listen, don't talk.
It's really an incredible experience to be around people that are high caliber and to get around companies that can help you build your business and create the dream you always wanted.
You need to come to Accelerate because it will change your life because you're going to listen of people who've been in the same place you are, trying to change their business and change their life. And I know from the bottom of my heart, being here as many times as I have, it's changed my life and made my business better. And if I can express in just a sentence, you need to go. It will change your life.
