you've got to read, study, learn, hang out with people that are where you want to be, and not just look at what do you do all day, or how do I do this, or how do I do that? No, ask them about their thinking. Ask them about their decision-making process. Ask them about what was really hard for you to do in your business. What do you not tolerate in your business? What are your KPIs in your business? How do you manage to KPIs? And then that is what will help you become become that person.
