So if you want to make $400,000 a year or whatever your number is, if it's significantly more than what you're making right now, people want to know, what do I do? And the better question is, who do I have to become? That's the better question, not the mechanics of what you have to do. I can tell you, go do this, go do that, go do this. But then if you are not becoming a person that understands how profitability works, how hiring people works, how building a team and having a team of accountable people works, then I can tell you until I'm blue in the face what to do, but you haven't become the person that knows how to manage profitability, that knows how to manage people, that knows how to manage processes.
