So contractors have this goal of, I want to get to $10 million, I want to get to $20 million, whatever the number is. But they are not doing the things they need to do. They're doing all of the things that are opposite to getting where they want to go to. And so, for example, you want to make anything more than $250,000 a year, you got to stop selling. You have to learn how to hire good salespeople, how to install a selling system. And so you could tell me until you're blue in the face, oh, Brian, I want to do $10 million. You can believe and believe and go pray. And do all of that stuff. But if you don't get yourself out of the way and stop selling and put a selling system in and start hiring salespeople, you ain't going to get there. It's not possible. And so the things that you think that you need to do are actually the things that are holding you back from getting where you really say you want to go.
