In this motivational monologue, Brian Kaskavalciyan reflects on a pivotal conversation with his client Donald, who joined the Success Society. He emphasizes that the true catalyst for Donald’s rapid income growth was a decisive commitment to stop earning his current modest earnings and aim for a dramatically higher target—approximately 2.5 to 3 times his previous income. Brian stresses that once the decision is made, the willingness to do the necessary work follows, leading to a swift and noticeable transformation in results. The core message is that decisive intent, not the specifics of the plan, ignites the momentum for substantial financial change.

I love working with people like Donald because they go and they do it. They do it kicking and screaming, but they actually go and do the work. And I just want to mention something here that's critically important because we didn't talk about what happened from that conversation at Fort Myers where you did— you joined Success Society, but that wasn't the thing. You joined Success Society, but between there and the next few months, you and I had a few conversations, but something critically important happened and you would not have gone on the trajectory that you did had this not happened. And it was that you made a decision, because it all starts with that. You made a decision that, I am done making this amount of money, now I'm gonna make— your first number was 3 times your current income, is that right? 2.5, something. 2.5 times. Okay, so, and you had never made anywhere near that kind of money before, but that was the first, the most important decision you had to make, was, I'm done with that, this is me now. You didn't know how it was going to and it's not your job to know how it's gonna happen, but you made a decision. Once you make the decision, now you're willing to do the work. You're willing to do the things that it's going to take to convince yourself that that is your number. Once you convince yourself, it happens so quick. You're like, whoa, wait a minute, what just happened here? And so that's a critical, critical piece of this is the decision.
