You know, you can pay people to teach your people to do the things. That's action also. That is action also. Yeah. Some people think, oh, I've got to do all these things. No, go hire somebody to do it. And it may not be— some guys get caught up there like, what if they teach it a little different than the way I want it? You should be standing there making sure that everybody understands your vision for how you want it to go and tweak it. Let them teach your people and say, hey, but here's the little modification for how we do things here. Nothing wrong with that, but get them in there. Get them teaching your people. Organize the business, you know, documented job descriptions and SOPs. I got out of estimating, hired a marketing director, I hired a sales director, I had an installation director, and I finally empowered that installation director to just totally handle stuff over there.
