If we try and grow our businesses in a bubble all by ourselves, and I've done this before, by the way, I'm guilty of this, you're very limited by what you can do, the type of organization that you can run because you're living inside of your own head. But when you're open to the idea of being surrounded by even if it's just one mentor or more, you know, ideally more, I should say, boy, your whole world can really open up.
The right mentor for a business can make a huge difference. You know, and look, even going to conferences like Accelerate Live, I mean, these all matter. You get to network with others and you always pick up— look, you pick up plenty of nuggets listening to people on stage, but at those lunch tables and you're sitting around with peers, you're hearing about how they're dealing with certain challenges. It's such an important part of the process. And what makes this industry so fantastic is that people, especially successful people, they're happy to share. And I think that's what I really love about it.
