So you have a U-shaped recovery where, you know, things are, things are good and things get bad and then things get good again. In a K-shaped recovery, you have two distinct paths where there's a group of people that are excelling really well and another group that are declining. And that's kind of, I think that's kind of a good way to summarize how the industry is right now, that there are, there's a fair group of people really struggling.
And I think Brian would agree with me that if you are on the wrong side of that, the only thing it takes, the only thing it takes for you to get flipped to the other side is to make a decision in your head that, wait a minute, this is not the way I'm going to go. I need to go the other way. And I need to go find the right information, the right playbooks, the right people, the right mentors, the right groups to be in. And it's Part of the reason I think that there are so many more companies that are excelling is because of stuff like this, because of you and you being on podcasts, you being on stage, or you coming to Accelerate and sharing with people, hey, wait a minute, look, I'm not perfect, but here's what I figured out in this business. And it worked. And it worked because I followed the, what came before me, but here's how I improved upon it for the new age.
