EOS creates a clear organizational structure by assigning each person a specific seat and defining the hierarchy. This shared language helps teams route issues faster and improves communication between roles like estimators and integrators, leading to higher engagement across the company.

Give us, you know, just kind of the high-level quick overview of what does EOS look like in your business?
So in our business, the very first thing that EOS forced us to do was come up with an actual structure for the business. Just the process of putting that down, who's in what seat, and then fleshing it out underneath it, that in conjunction with really figuring out what's your core focus and who are you going after for the baseline to give clarity to everything, it gave just a language even like my father is our estimator. So there'd be times times where I have to go, okay, I'm coming to you talking to my estimator who reports to me. I'm not coming to you as the integrator. You can take it all the way down to the call center and just knowing how to elevate an issue to the appropriate people. The clarity is such a huge component of it and it makes your team feel that much more engaged.
