Yeah. So the, the, our areas of specialty are events. Um, you know, I've done $100,000 from a peach festival, right? I've done $100,000 from a farmer's market, a one-day farmer's market that costs $100 to get into, or sometimes they're free, right? And so these are non-traditional events. And in fact, that's where most of your revenue will come from depending on your territory and how many shows you have in territory. And one of the things that we really try to highlight to people is an event manager's role, about 40% of that is finding and getting into shows. Okay? Because it, it can be quite tedious. Now there's so many different online resources to use. The best way for people to start is to literally go to their best towns. So where they're selling the most in terms of close rate with the largest job sizes, and go to those areas and Google search events, shows in those areas. That's the best way to start. And once you start doing that, you're actually going to go down like a rabbit hole where you're going to notice there's particular venues or conference centers or parks that have other events because they have their own websites that promote other events. So you're going to go find those shows, right? And then we also teach companies how to actually get events sent to them. From other producers. So passively having people send you events and refer events to you, and then also having your team send you events. So think about it like this, your installers and your salespeople are where you are already selling jobs and they're on the road. And when they see a lawn sign for an event that maybe isn't advertised online, which is really common by the way, and I found some hidden gems that are 50-year-old shows that have no website. There's no, there's no online presence and they're busy events and they're cheap to do like, like a $100 show, super busy, you know, been going on for 50 years. And so your events team, your sales team, your admin team, everybody in the company should be invested in your events and show department. And the reason why is guess what? If they're, if you don't have any leads, nobody has a job. If we don't have revenue, we don't have employment. There's no company. So everybody should care.
