For a lot of us, I mean, me included, people's tough. So we know how to go out and install and we'll talk about sales and we'll talk about marketing. Overall, this idea of how do I recruit great people? How do I be a leader of these people? How do I create this culture of winning and accountability and just driving and all working towards that same end result?
And I think too, it's letting go at times, right? And truly setting that course for folks that can come in and take on a role and trust trusting in them, really having open and honest dialogue with them, but in many ways stepping away and giving them an opportunity to grow, to learn, and then flourish as an organization.
