Hey everybody, this is Pat Reddyall from Pond Roofing in Fairfax, Virginia. I really love what Brian's doing with this Stay Active Through April thing, so I thought I'd jump on. First thing is, this is temporary. There's going to be a big upswing on the backside of this thing, so be ready. And here's how you can be ready. Keep yourself— keep your mind focused. Great way to do that, start every day with movement and gratitude. Get outside, get moving, start thinking about the things you're grateful for. You need to protect your mind by controlling what you let in and what you focus on. Focus on solutions, not problems. And through this whole thing, show your customers and your employees what kind of leader you are by communicating with them positive thoughts. You know, lead them through this And, you know, stay active. Don't shut down. We're going to be killing it on the backside of this thing. You know, you're not the only contractor dealing with this. Stay safe.
