If your business dies when you take a week off, it was never a business. Be honest. If you disappeared for 7 days, would it break? Would jobs stall? Would customers panic? Would your team know what to do without calling you nonstop? If the answer is no, you're not running a business. You're duct taping a job together with your time. Real businesses don't depend on one person. They depend on systems, clear roles, repeatable decisions. Start small. Pick one process you do all the time. Write it down step by step. Record a short video explaining it. Hand it off and let someone else run it. If it only exists in your head, it can't scale.
