It's funny cuz you know, in our sales training module that we use, um, you know, I have the, the trajectory of the company and you can see the growth each year and I can visually see where we implemented certain things. Like I can visually see when we implemented a sales system cuz we're here, here, and then we went to here. Yeah. Uh, and I can visually see, you know, around that I think $11 million mark. Uh, we were $11-ish million for 2 years in a row, which I mean, we've grown 30% basically every year, but I can see where, you know, we didn't grow because we wanted to fix things. Like we're just growing, growing, growing. Don't have a clue what I'm doing. Like I don't have really a whole lot of people to lean on. Didn't really go to any industry events. I just, you know, was winging it the whole time. But you can see the, the levels of jumps whenever we started creating systems and putting leadership in place. So just trying to empower our people to make decisions and, uh, be a leader has been, I mean, it's been tremendous for our business cuz now we can push for growth, but also not be a complete mess on the backend, you know?
