And the only way we can really scale the company is to hire really good people to do it. A really good example is this. When I built the home in Vancouver, I'm the one who decided what to build. I'm the one who decided the budget. I'm the one that said, this is how it has to look and feel. And then I was the one who said, I have no idea how to do any of these things to my general manager, general contractor, who was basically my COO. And I said, you figure out how to make my vision come true. You hire the people to make my vision come true. You manage the people to make my vision come true. You do it on budget, right? Well, that's what a general contractor now has to do, right? The general contractor has to describe the vision of their company and let the team start to figure it out. That's what a general contractor has to remember, is my job is to get really good people around me to do what I need done, not do it my way.
