Hey Close One Community, in under 90 seconds, I'm gonna show you how you can create the perfect follow-up email from a meeting all within Gong using AI prompts without having to leave the platform whatsoever. So brand new in Gong is this asset section and content templates. If you don't have access to this or Gong Engage, make sure to ask your admin. And within these content templates, instead of just creating a new template, which is more static, what you'll do is create a new prompt. And what these prompts are, and I'll show you my follow-up email one, you can give it specific instructions to then prompt against the call that you just had. So up here, I gave it my specific instructions, even put things in bold formatting. I gave an example down below that I wanted to be able to reference, and then check this box for use for call follow-ups. Now I'm gonna show you an internal call I had not so recently in April of 2024 when I ran a training around time management. After any call you have that takes place, just go up into this follow-up email button. But instead of hitting this top one, which will generate just a more basic out-of-the-box example, choose this Select a Prompt, then choose yours that you've recently used, the one that you've leveraged. You'll now run this prompt against the actual call transcript, the brief, the action items, the next steps, all the participants that were a part of this conversation. Give it about 10 seconds to be able to generate, just like you would in Claude or OpenAI. And then once that's generated, make sure to give it a quick proofread to make sure it's to your formatting and liking. But as you can see here, nailed the key points, nailed the next steps. This is exactly how I write my typical emails. And it's gonna even have my email signature down below. I can link the call, I can access everything I would want all in this one view. And I hit send and it'll actually send through my Gmail for deliverability to the end recipients.
