Brian LaManna shares a demo trick: when you hit an aha moment, ask who else on the team would benefit and suggest a specific colleague and time. This pulls in stakeholders like marketing, product, or the CEO instead of waiting for them to show up later.

This is by far my favorite question to help me improve multi threading. Once I land an aha moment during the demo, I simply just stop and I ask the question. Hey, when you see these data and insights, who else on the team would get value? I'm always surprised at the types of answers. Sometimes it's marketing, sometimes it's product. Even the CEO. Now instead of at the end of the call asking them hey, who else should be included in the next demo? Who would you want involved? Instead, you can come in with more of a point of view and say, hey, given you mentioned your CEO, Karen would get value from those insights, why don't we loop her into the next call? How does next Wednesday work? Give it a go and follow along for more tips.
