I won a deal that was over $500,000 last year, and I give full credit to Gong's Ask Anything that helped me quickly identify in my territory where there was an upcoming renewal. We were able to source the opportunity and the rest was history, but it was very, very timely and would not have happened if we did not reach out so quickly. So using Gong here, you can come into this Conversations in the search page where where it's gonna have all of your company's calls, all of your emails, and then this Ask AI lets you search across that dataset. So this is a way better dataset to search across of versus maybe trying to identify this in CRM, like, hey, which companies are using a competitor or looking through closed loss notes? Those are always gonna be incomplete, they're gonna be out of date, they're gonna be biased. It's only what the rep decided to tell us, where in reality, I wanna hear, hey, have these customers or prospects shared which competitors they're using ever? In an email or a call? If so, Gong will have picked it up. So in this page here, what you can do, and in our Gong environment, this is just the demo one, we have a filter called like book owner or account owner. So what I would do is I would search to add that account owner field or book owner. And then I would put my name in that field. So it'll cross-reference conversations where I now own that account within CRM. I'll just use Alex Castillo here as a participant instead, just as an example to how you can start to filter and drill down by the right dataset before you ask that question. So I can search now across calls, I could search across emails or both here. I'll just hit this Ask AI. And now what you can do is search here, whatever you want. So let me know where Evil Corp came up in conversations. And if they shared any renewal dates. So this would be taking a look at like one competitor in particular. It's a massive search here happening across 419 calls. Imagine trying to do this in Claude or ChatGPT and exporting 419 call transcripts. In your world, there's probably even a lot more within emails or across all conversations across your book of business. So give this a second here. It'll run this search, and then it's going to give us the output accordingly. So this is where it's bringing up exactly where they came up. Looks like it came up across Alchemax. BitForge mentioned they're up in November. They also shared they need to make a decision by July. That is perfect. Now what I can see here is the top matches as well, where it came up within those calls. So I can dig in since it just mentioned that BitForge piece, and they need to make a 'By July,' knowing it's April now, maybe I want to pop open this call, hear how this came up in conversation across this actual call. Really, really helped me to dig in and understand like which call to listen to and tap into voice customer versus just trying to hunt through calls, trying to find that like needle in a haystack. This Ask AI has been immensely helpful. You can literally ask any question you would want. I've also used it in a couple of fun ways. There's a couple of top performers at Gong, and I'll put them in as call participants and just ask like, hey, how does Jake position Gong's new product? Or what are some of his best talk tracks that he leverages over and over? Lots of questions you can leverage there. But I've really found the most fun looking across my book of business for things like renewal dates, for things like certain competitors, taking a look at tech stack as well. We had a new integration go live with Microsoft Dynamics. So I wanted to search across my book and see, hey, who's using Dynamics today? Because I could put together some really engaging, like, top-of-funnel content just based on that story and some relevance. Play around with this Ask AI. It's truly limitless. You won't break anything. Just make sure you dial in these filters here so you're searching off of the right data, not just all calls and all volume.
