A short YouTube talk by Brian LaManna describing a repeatable, authentic system he uses to grow his LinkedIn following (87,000+ in under three years). He demonstrates using a bulk-URL opener and a text-snippet tool to queue and rapidly visit creator posts, emphasizes personalized comments, rotating curated creator lists, and a simple weekly schedule to engage consistently and attract reciprocal engagement. Final tips include using Profiles → Recent activity → Shares to find post URLs and removing creators whose content no longer aligns.

I grew my LinkedIn following to over 87,000 in under three years. And the most common question I get asked is, hey, Brian, you're literally everywhere on LinkedIn. How do you engage with so many people so consistently so fast? For the first time, I'm going to highlight what my secret is to that it is authentic, it is genuine, but it's a great way to systematize who you want to engage with and people that have great content, people being able to find it quickly and being able to stay on track to do it every single day. So here's what I do. I go to this website that I just found through google10bestseo.com URLopener and the goal of this is to be able to pop open a lot of different URLs at fast on LinkedIn. So you can just go tab by tab through the people you want to engage with. The next thing I use is called a text. It's a great way to just like save like snippets. You can use a command here so I could type in like a 1. Pretend like if I want to program it so that all those URLs then get listed out. Out. I'll show you what my Atex looks like down below. I have a couple things I save here. So for one, create out six different, like creator lists of some of my favorite content on LinkedIn. And what you can do is you can just hit copy, you can hit paste, and you hit submit. And then what you'll see is in the top, all those different URLs begin to open. And it's a really great way. It'll take a couple seconds and then I can go one by one through those different creators and decide who I ultimately want to engage with. That way. It's a little bit like a checklist of me going through those folks. Then I can open up Troy and say, hey, here's his post. Awesome. Give it a quick read, right? You're not going to have time if you want to engage with 20, 30 people a day to read like every single word. But I want to be able to read it and add some value in some way, shape or form. So I saw him wrote about power dialer. So I might give it a love and say heard great things and forum, Boom, hit comment, give it a like and then just command W on Mac and it's going to close out that tab, right? That way you can go through all these tabs one by one, continue to fly through it. Totally Salomon, Ronin et CETERA Chris and what my rules for myself is that I want to make sure I'm being really authentic and genuine with these. I'm not just going to leave the same comment on each one. I'm also going to mix up my list. So if I see someone that starts to have content that I don't align with, like I don't think it's valuable, I don't think I would want my followers to see that as well. I'm going to remove them from the list and I'm going to continue to look for new creators as well that are sharing really great content because I don't want to just get pigeonholed into engaging with the same people over and over. So in terms of how you can systematize this, you can mix up your list. Like as an example, on Monday I could engage with everyone in 1 and 2, on Tuesday I could do 3 and 4, Wednesday do 5 and 6. But you providing that engagement to others like LinkedIn is a little bit tit for tat just to call out and speak freely. So the more you engage with others one, the more people will find you organically and the more followers you'll grow. But you know, if I'm engaging with Gabby all the time, the more likely is he'll probably look and find my content, hopefully see it's valuable and want to engage back. Really powerful way to do it. It'll take you a little bit of time to set this up. And the last tip as well, make sure to use this like Recent activity slash shares. That way you can get this feed instead of just going to their profile. This will take you a couple more clicks each time, so use that recent activity shares in each one where you can just go down here and you can hit the show all posts and then that's where they'll get that full URL there. Hopefully this is helpful as a way to continue to grow on LinkedIn, to be able to find authentic engagement with others and to keep adding value back to the community. Cheers.
