A short interview transcript in which Brian LaManna explains why and when he began creating content on LinkedIn. He started sharing casually, increased posting frequency over time (weekly → daily), and emphasizes consistency, scheduling, and long-term effort—ultimately building a company from his content.
Tell me a little bit about at what point you decided to start creating content on LinkedIn and, and why. Why did you start sharing and then how did you, you know, get such explosive growth there?
Yeah, it was on a whim a little bit, but seeing them kind of lead by example and just sharing a little bit about their journey on a whim, I just decided, like, hey, I was going to put myself out there a little bit more, share once a week at first, just like, what was working well, what wasn't working, kind of like my overall journey. And I slowly ramped that up to two times a week, then three times a week, then four times a week. And now I post daily as well and created a company off it as well. You're not going to go viral overnight. It takes some of the boring work of, you know, writing posts on a Sunday and scheduling them out or doing, you know, them on days that you might not want to or feel like you're too busy to. But it does pay off over the. Over the long run.
