Closed one community. Super excited today to highlight how I can take a call transcript of a call I was a part of or not and use that to speak or separate notes in each individual from the customer or the prospect side. Now if you use a tool like Gong, I would go into the Conversations page, just grab the most recent call. Keep in mind you could also capture a call manually on Zoom Google Meets just by hitting record. Or you may use another tool as well. I'm going to go into the most recent call that I had that I want to speak. I am going to pause this out. I'm going to go to transcript and I'm just going to hit copy all. Now I'm going to take this transcript and bring it to Claude and bring it to my project and we'll touch more on this in just a second. So this project here, summarization by person. I am going to hit command V which is copy paste and now I'm going to let Claude do the work for me. So why I find this really useful. I keep my own notes just on like notion. I also sometimes will be asked to paste notes into CRM. So this is a really quick hack. This allows me to stay fully present on a call so I don't have to take any notes anymore. I can just kind of copy paste this in the CRM into my own notes and I'm ready to rock and I'm not going to miss a single thing. So it is super, super valuable and that can stay present on conversations, pick up on body language cues, just focus on having a really good conversation instead of being that admin note taker. Now what this is valuable for later as well as you can use this for other projects like a one pager business case or an opportunity to multi thread or single thread out Laurel or Lorna based on the conversation and ask a question or add more value. So really helpful to have this broken out and then you can use this in a plethora of ways later that we'll highlight. Go to my channel to check out a couple other ways I'm using Claude. I'll take a quick step back though in terms of how I do this summarization by person. What a project is within Claude is it's really just like a specific prompt and you're going to train it on exactly what you want that style to be. So what I did is I went into projects, I created one and then I'm just basically putting in notes. My notes were as simple as this. Break them out by person, have a section for each. Only the external I don't care what I said. Make them very extensive but also concise. No headers, just straight down bullet points. You can also train it to look for specific things if you care most about pain points or challenges, or wanted to pull out like two or three really powerful quotes of what they found most valuable. I'm just thinking through this on the fly and I'm already going to add a couple of things to my project instructions, but you could see even out of the gates as simple as this really, really strong starting point with Cloud 3.5. I'll throw this prompt in the info in the YouTube and would be curious to hear from everyone if you have a different prompt that you found even more valuable. Cheers.
